Not terrible. I've been to better locations. Lots of good jewelery in this location. Employees looked at me as if I had two heads when I asked if they had shirts for a relatively well known metal band (which there is shirts of this band on the HT website). Even if they didn't know the band, I felt embarassed after asking because of the response.

I had terrible and very upsetting experience today in this store. The cashier named Zee was extremely rude to me. They asked me if I wanna sign in for their account and I agree. So, I needed to spell my email. I repeated my last name by letters twice and they didn’t get it(which is completely fine cause it’s not common here). So, I then decided to tell my full last name in hope that it can help. However, this apparently made Zee mad and they told me in a rough aggressive manner that I have to repeat it by letters only. This shocked me and I asked why are they being rude? In response I got only accusations that I didn’t spell my name slow enough for them to understand and it’s my fault. I got so disappointed and my friend who heard this was shocked as well. I asked them to just be kinder to people and don’t be so mad with me trying to spell my name for the email address! Idk why I received such attitude… I’m sensitive person and it really made me so nervous and sad that ruined my day and whole experience of shopping. I talked to the manager later about that and they were kind and apologized.I can understand everything and this is actually a hard job but if you even were rude or emotional you could at least apologize to the customer instead of accusing and almost shouting till the end. I truly believe such people as Zee shouldn’t work in customer service.

I love Hot Topic, the staff in this location was very nice to me, and I really enjoyed all the clothes I saw, but I think the price is a bit high comparing to other stores.

The cashier Tylor was pretty rude and privileged at me in the boxing week sales. The pricing and the labels are made to deceive the customers. It says $15 on posters on the t-shirts all over the store but when I you get to the counter you realize it is $35 or $40 dollars for one t-shirt. The cashier Tyler was like “I already told you” even though she didn't clearly state it and she didn’t let me pay separately. I felt offended from the way she behaved at me in a privileged way I don’t feel like coming to this store ever again.

sometimes they have good stuff, but they are soo ANNOYING at cash about signing up with them? You tell them no and they get rude everytime....

Great price very busy nice staff at store except cash they keep saying close then proceed to take customers behind me. Felt like they where very rude and didnt want serve me at register but the nice girl with pink hair was all over helping the ladys behind me. I feel if i was not a male i would been treated fare

Amazing staff! I was helped by 2 employees while shopping, and another while cashing out, and all 3 of them were fantastic! They were helpful without being pushy. I felt so welcome in the store and left feeling confident in myself. Thank you!!!

I think their shirts and items are over priced. The workers are like always following you wherever you go coz they think your gonna shoplift. I feel uncomfortable on their behaviour. Even the sale tags and posters are fake so people are tricked to buy there. They say the item is $8 and $15 but when you're at the cashier they increase the price. I don't think it's worth it to go to hot topic.

The staff was really nice, they didn't stalk us or anything that other reviews say.We completely loved the selection of items that this store has, but at the moment of wanting to see how some items would look on me... They don't have a mirror! The only mirror is in the fitting room that you have to ask for, and as an introvert I don't want to have to ask for a mirror in a *clothing store*.Other than that, I had a good experience in Hot Topic and I would recommend coming to this place.

I was with my friend in this store today and I was shocked from the attitude that we received from the cashier named Zee. They were rude to my friend and didn’t even apologize. I’m not going to go there again because of this even tho I really liked this store! This is a clear example of unacceptable customer service.
