Everything is good except they just about never answer the phone. I'll call 4 or 5 times throughout a full business day and every time it's an automated thing saying they're busy. But then when I have to drive there, the place is empty. Sometimes the delivery emails never come, and it sucks having to drive there to check and there's nothing there. I'll update the rating if things change

Paid for a express package , door delivery, with signature to be delivered to a new mom that is bedridden. The postman dropped a notice of pick up stating that no one was home and it would have to be picked up at this location. They didn't even knock and are refusing to deliver the package or reimburse the special delivery charge!!!!It's Criminal what businesses get away with!! No wonder why Canada Post is going the way of the Dinosaur!!!!

My package was delivered at 0720 in the morning. First of all, I think this is way to early. Secondly, I have two dogs that would have barked and barked and would have woken me up with their barking to anyone knocking at the door regardless of the time. However, the delivery was not left and now I have to pick it up and I have health issues that make this difficult. I have to question the integrity of this delivery.

I should actually start by thanking the clerk that was so rude and unhelpful to me yesterday...I have since moved my business account elsewhere because of how poorly I was treated and have discovered I can actually save money doing so.. Normally the agents that work at this location are very helpful and pleasant to deal with .. however the service was so horrible during my last visit I will no longer use Canada Post services. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that Canada Post would allow an individual who is poorly trained to run a location by themselves when they haven't even been trained to use the Canada Post Computer system to send a package. Not only was this agent unable to send a simple package within Canada she was incredible rude and sarcastic and pretty much told me to take my business elsewhere..so that is exactly what I have done...I will not leave a nasty comment outing someone so I will just include her First Name initials (C.A) so that someone at Canada Post will hopefully investigate and properly train this individual and explain to her what exactly what a customer is and how they should be treated. Refusing to send a package for a business customer that uses your business all the time is not a wise thing to do...being rude and sarcastic ..is even worse. I understand that people are new to a job and may not be trained properly BUT if you don't know how to do something at least try to help the customer..call another location...call your manager..call someone... at least try...being rude and sarcastic is NEVER the solution.
