Walk-in Thursday at 10am, only waited 18 mins for bloodwork. OLGA at the front desk was super sweet and friendly. LUDY took my blood and was an absolute gem, really enjoyed conversating with them. It was an extremely pleasant experience, I thank Olga and Ludy for that, as well as how quick it took.

Staff here were not very friendly and the collection process seemed to take an exceptionally long time (I have regular lab work done). My specialist sent the lab request directly to them so they had it electronically and after all was said and done they missed some of my blood work which I needed for a follow-up appointment. Complete lack of care. Will not be returning to this location.

Don’t bother making an appointment -It is just a place holder and even that doesn’t matter. Insulin diabetic and having to wait more than 40 minutes - good thing I brought something with me.They are telling people to come at 6am - guess will have to just walk in next time at 6am and hope for the best.The worst thing that is coming to my mind is they told everyone to book appointments to make things faster - I think a new process needs to be in place - maybe a couple of the techs designated to appointments and the rest for walk ins - I don’t know but there has to be a better way.You book WEEKS in advance to get an appointment - follow the rules - and what does it get you ??????This is not the first time this has happened.

I had a great experience at Dynalife. We didn't have to wait long, got quick enough service. The staff is great, the receptionist provides super service. thanks,

I was here just to give a urine sample. I did not have an appointment so took about 15 minutes. Not to bad as it was quite busy. The staff I had contact with were friendly and courteous. Sometimes you just have to be patient and wait knowing that things take time and not to expect things immediately. I live close by so in the future I will continue to come here as the experience has been good so far.

Don't bother with making an appointment,they don't honor them anyway. You just get clumped in with the walkins, even though they have a separate list for appointments . Waist of time.

Had an appt for a couple of weeks in the future. Ended up having to go in as a walking. Place was fairly full..most seats taken. Monitor said 20 minutes wait. I asked when I hit the receptionist, and she also said 20 mins. Happy to say it was accurate! Got my tests out of the way and was on my way. All good. Was expecting 90 min wait

Waited over 1 hour when I had a scheduled appointment. I was put on the walk-in list instead of the appointment list. When I went to let them know, they said I didn't have and appointment and I then showed them my confirmed appointment Dynalife email. I was told to have a seat and then had to wait 10 more mins to get in....no apologies or anything from the receptionist. Poor customer service is their motto apparently.
