I stopped by this location today, hoping it would be a little better than our other location in Chilliwack and was sorely disappointed. I waited 17 minutes from the time I ordered, until the 1 car in front of me was served. After pulling up I was informed that the debit machine had just went down. The line by now went all the way out through the parking lot and onto the road. I would suggest that if someone has already ordered, and you are unable to fulfil that order, that a complimentary order would be appropriate. At the same time, someone should be active in closing the drive through line.

Lunch time turned to dinner after I waited approximately 40 minutes for some chicken. When we finally decided to demand a reason why our 20 minute wait was doubled, the employee asked if we had ordered yet. When we got home we realized our chicken had clearly sat around for a while while we waited and had become soggy, aswell as the flatbread wrap being hard and stale. We tried to call and right things before leaving a review but unfortunately they did not answer the phone multiple times. Massively dissatisfied with the service.

They Said 15 mins for our food then they would bring it out, was more like 25 mins. They we get home, I open the mash potatoes and it was potato soup. Nothing remotely solid, literal soup. Pretty disappointed in the food quality.

I see the bad reviews, and I can't speak for those obviously but I went to this location today and was greeted immediately, offered excellent customer service, store was clean, and the food was hot. Even the fries were fresh, I dont think I've ever had fresh kfc fries. I wouldn't let bad reviews prevent you from going, this location must have turned things around because it was a wonderful experience. I will be back! They have done the impossible and made me like kfc again lol its been years and just decided to give them another chance :)

Last Tuesday we each decided to get the twoonie Tuesday deal. Went early hoping for not so greasey. Now it's only chicken. Sides or fries are extra. So for $3.89 you get a drumstick and thigh. It was still greasy also. Disgusting.

We were told it would be a 20 minute wait for chicken on the bone, it ended up being 40 minutes. The chicken breading was soggy and we got Kentucky flat breads which had stale flat bread. I went up and asked about my order and they seemed as if they had forgotten it. It shouldn’t take 40 minutes for a bucket of chicken from a fast food chicken place. The staff seemed as if they had no clue what was going on. That is ridiculous and highly unprofessional.

Chicken wings was burnt and uncooked, sandwich was burnt, and I watched them pull already cooked biscuits out of a fridge and microwave them so my biscuits was hokey pucks. The bun on my sandwich was stale half of it was hard as a rock. And it took 20 minutes to get my order in the drive thru! This is the 2nd time this KFC has messed up my order. The 1st time was a year ago. Thought I would give it another try and now it is worse than before. This is not KD standard!!!!

I ordered gravy, when I opened it it was brown water with an oil sheen on top. How can you put that into a container and give it to a customer. Disgusting!

Worst kfc I’ve been to in my entire life, and I’ve been to plenty! Restaurant was completely empty and yet costumer service was horrendous. Ordered a boneless bucket only to be told they don’t have enough tenders, that I could replace with “chicken”, I asked what were the options, got almost yelled at “CHICKEN” . Plus my 7up had black spots on it, why bother to clean the drink machine right
