I’ve been here a few times before and I’ve always loved there customer service and their efficiency. But it seems like things have changed over the past year. They had horrible customer service, and were disrespectful and blunt. I ended up taking my items elsewhere. In my eyes customer service is what makes or breaks a company and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Shout out to Pat and Rhonda. Pat has always come through under pressure to get things done quickly for us and with an amazing product. I like to give him ideas on what I am looking for and he creates something amazing everytime. We get trophies, plaques, clothing and medals and they have never disappointed! Highly recommend for any of your needs. Super friendly and helpful in any request.

7 weeks and counting for Sapphire to embroider our teams tracksuits which we dropped off to them. Unfortunately Sapphire is the only business allowed to embroider CMHA clothing which is likely why they don't care.

We ordered some company shirts and hats thru Ruby and she really made sure that the entire process was flawless and smooth! Amazing products, even better service! Thank you!

I called to place an order for our football teams (Sardis falcons) senior night to get a few plaques made for our graduating players. It was really short notice (3 days). The fine individuals working at Sapphire inc made magic happen and I was able to get them by friday afternoon. Thank you very much for an amazing product on short notice. I personally wouldnt go anywhere els if the need ever came up again. Super friendly and accommodating staff that make sure you get exactically what you want.

A little note to say thanks for wrapping my two vans with my company logos and info.Last November I received a phone call from someone who took a picture of one of my vans on the road and he asked if I did a certain kind of plumbing. I said that I did and we discussed several options and he thanked me and I promptly forgot about it.Fast forward 6 months and we are working on this large project and the owner of the company walks up and tells me it was him that phoned me after seeing my van on the road. We quoted on this project and he hired us. It would have been impossible to quote on this project any other way!So the only way for me to get this large job was to have a great looking wrap that grabbed this guys attention. Thank you again for doing such a wonderful job designing and installing the wraps on my vans.PS he says we will be working on his next project as well!

Place is extremely un organized, we have a email from them telling us to come today on Saturday sept 3rd, from 9am to 12noon to pick up our daughters school uniforms. We are here and the doors are locked and lights out, now my 5 year old daughter who is excited to start kindergarten is crying. They've been really un organized for months now trying to get dates for uniforms or online ordering etc, owner doesn't know how to run a business.

Ruby was great to work with very artistic and great eye for detail. They tolerated my need to constantly change things order to order. All timelines they gave me were met on or before I would highly recommend using them!

Lots of products and options to brand yourself and get various other things. Staff was nice however they were unable to complete my order due to their computer errors and when I tried with another company their computers had no issues reading my logo. So I dont suggest using their service as it took over 2 weeks of emailing to get no where and missed the opportunity to rock my new logo at jobs I had.
