I wish I could give them a negative rating or move. They gave terrible service even they don’t give proper guidance. Last Saturday i post some important documents(bank drafts) from this location on that time i ask him where should wrote my address and where should I mention receiving address because i was having regular plan envelope and he told me doesn’t matter its upto you. Those documents was really important documents and they supposed to be delivered within few days and asked him how it will take he said its within Ontario so it will be done within a week.They delivered my package to my address and today i visit there again I explained everything to the 2 ladies those were working there around 4pm. She told her again its urgent i want to deliver this as soon as possible and she gave me speed post envelope and i fill everything, i thought she is helping me with this as its their employee’s fault who gave me wrong information. Later she was asking me how to pay and i told her again its not my fault its your employee fault. I paid around $14 instead today and on that i paid about $ 1 because its just regular post. But still she told me that i have to pay for this. Seriously man, you are doing wrong and we are suffering from this. Please stop doing this and give training to your staff. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Easy. I got parcels with ease and delivered mail easily. The staff took care of everything when I told them my situations.

Um.... Canada post lost my package many years ago.

From their depot to delivery person in this district, all terrible! I wish I could give them a negative rating or move depots. They delivered my package to the wrong place, and tried to make me take something that was clearly not mine with someone else’s address on it. I saw the address and that person should do the right thing and return what is not theirs, before I blast their address all over social media. Just because the pickup ticket was messed up ( by either the depot or delivery) and put the wrong one on! when attempting to see how to resolve, I had to do myself. I am NOT going to take a Instapot in replacement of a chrome laptop and have launched an investigation with Canada Post and Shoppers Drugmart!

There is a white senior lady Leeman, the manager of this location(9620 Mccown road, Markham). She use very bad while talking to me. I felt extremely upset and unwelcome by THIS stuff.

This post office need do more Pre-job training to its staffs. One of the staff named Abe (he said, maybe not real name), a long hair guy who wear glasses, provides very bad service, very rude, speak to customers with a commanding attitude, just like a rooster, really bad experience I were never have.Abe, if you do not have service consciousness, please stay at home and yelling to your family members but not your customers.

The middle age white lady in post office threw my packed Breville Express Coffee Machine on the ground and said no problem cause you packed instead of apologize when I complained her.I hope nothing wrong with the machine, otherwise I will definitely ask for compension !!!

They had the same staff for the last couple of years and they are great. One time they cannot find my mail and the manager call me the next day to follow up. Two thumbs up.

Rupal Parikh provide the worst customer service ever! I was being publicly yelled at for no apparently reason. She claimed that she is gonna do me favor but I never asked for one in the first place. I even had to ask her why is she raising her voice and whether she is mad at me. She yelled back and say no.Apparently, I was early to pick up my parcel. She claimed that I made others waited for me when the process only took her literally couple mins!!!! She could have told me to come back tomorrow or something.I really felt embrassed to be YELLED at in front of others customer when I literally have no idea what was going on.If she thinks helping a customer for couple of mins is a trouble, she shouldn't be working in customer service. NO customer should be embrassed or yelled like me.It is unacceptable!!!

One of the staff members is extremely, super rude!Every time I see her at the counter I’m tempted to turn around and come back next time. Commanding “Sign!” and “ok” is all I ever heard from her, never a single “please” or “thank you” or “have a good day”.
