Came here today. Irene at the front desk, Linda who did the test and Dr Chang we're great. Informative, gentle and very nice. Thank you for making this experience so much better.

the receptionist is the WORST front desk i have ever seen!!!! when i have questions to call to the clinic to ask for, she always ask me to wait for next appointment to ask the doctor!! the appointment is once a month, and she was rude all the time and unfriendly!!!! only if the doctor in the front desk then she smiles...ewwwww... i think they should really hire another front desk!!! such useless front desk, only can book appointments, that's everything she knows!!Also, she was judge my pregnancy with me! i was asking about the next ultrasound, and she told me that i was only 24 weeks, but actually i was 25 weeks, so i correct her! but she was keep saying that 24 weeks!!! EXCUSE ME???However, that's the worst front desk and i do not recommend them!!!

I had Dr. Chang for both pregnancies. He is great, thorough, informative without being over bearing, and also up to date. He has a great sense of humour it's makes my day going to see him. Appointments are quick and waiting room is a little boring. The receptionist Nicole is friendly and funny but can be a little dry which isn't for everyone. She does her job very well especially if you call for a quick question or to call to confirm your appointment twice (pregnancy brain)Most people that comment something negative about her forget that us women are hormonal during this time and often misdirect our anger. She is the receptionist that you see once,twice or three times a month it is not necessary to be negative or nasty

If you are reading this, you are probably referred to Dr. Neil Chang to be your OB and looking up his reviews. BE WARE of the receptionist. The comments are true. She is one of a kind miserable person to speak to. She genuinely hates her job, and she will try to ruin your day. Everything you ask annoys her, and she will cut you off as soon as you started speaking. We are more amazed than upset that there can be so much negativity in one person. It's impossible to get any information or answer from her because she tells you different versions everyday to the point that you don't what is true of false, and let alone its difficult enough to get in hold of the office. We have never talked to or seen Dr. Chang. I am pretty sure he is an experienced OB, but imagine we will have to deal with the receptionist every time we schedule appointments or ask questions, we had better stay away from this kind of negative experience and go somewhere else we find more comfortable.

Find another place for you to set an appointment!! Dr. Chang is GOOD! but The RECEPTIONIST, worst in doing her job. We don’t need to get a kind of treatment she gives to their clients. After reading the comments and reviews,she definitely confirmed all of them reviews!

I have had Dr Chang for all 3 of my pregnancies. I really liked him, and his receptionist Nicole. I'm not too sure why there are so many negative comments about her. I find her very thorough and helpful. She has got me appointments that were near impossible to get. She has also helped me find a paediatrician during Covid when my family doctor was absolutely useless. I would highly recommend him. Sad to see that he is retiring this year.

I had Dr. Chang for both my pregnancy and he was amazing. A great knowledgeable, experienced doctor with a sense of humor. His secretary Nicole is absolutely the best. She takes care of you. From making sure your ultrasounds are booked, to answering all your administrative questions.

Dr Chang delivered my baby girl this month. He did my induction as well as the delivery as he was the OB on duty that day... He is a very calm and experienced doctor. I felt very safe in the entire process... And he came to check up on me and the baby the following day as well. I am very pleased with my experience with Dr Chang!

Dr Chang has been amazing! He's professional, with a good sense of humour that takes the stress off your pregnancy.Not sure why there has been so much heat over the receptionist, I've been looked after by Dr Chang for months now and Nicole has been absolutely wonderful.She is to the point, but I wouldn't consider her attitude rude. She has always been accommodating on questions, appointment times, date changes, and is very friendly overall. She's also extremely efficient, transparent and gets things you need in a timely manner.If she's considered bad, maybe others aren't used to interacting with a specialist office of any area of our healthcare system...I've had much worse receptionists with bad attitude and does not care about patients whatsoever.

I highly recommend don’t go with this doctor.I don't know how good the doctor is but the receptionist is the worst.You know you have to go through a referral and appointment with the receptionist first before meeting the doctor.I don't know how she works but every time I called she said different things to me.She asked me to keep waiting for an appointment and then suddenly she said she didn't get the referral.I asked who said that before to me and who sent the fax back to my family doctor, she said she didn't and she doesn't know about it. Are you serious?Also, the way she speaks to the patient is so rude.When you want to ask something more, she doesn't listen and just say bye and hangs up.I have never felt this bad after talking with any receptionist.I heard this doctor is nice and knowledgeable but I don't want to go anymore because of the receptionist.I don't want to feel bad and ruin my day every time.You have to know how important it is to talk with your patients and pregnant women who have a baby.I hope they will listen to all reviews and then have a better service and attitudes later.
