I was not sure which brand dog food we had purchased for our sheltie who had developed alopecia earlier in the fall as we dump it into a food vault after we purchase. The cashier was very helpful by pulling up our old receipts from our account and helping search through to see which specific one it was that we had bought months prior. She took the time to go through the aisle with me to make sure it was the same one so I wasn't hauling a 20 lb bag to the front with my other small dog trailing behind.It's the little things that make me feel appreciated as a customer.

Caring groomers! My baby girl had her first visit today and she seemed pretty calm afterwards. Thank you so much ladies! It was also late notice for them but they did a splendid job regardless.

Love this petsmart. Very kind staff in each of the departments. Got helped by I believe the owner, Clint? Very kind person and gave me a good laugh as well as excellent service. Keep it up everyone! Thank you for being awesome!

Their grooming department here is top notch! Ask for Lindsay, she is amazing when it comes to bathing and grooming my doggo. He absolutely loves her as well. The store is well stocked and carries everything you pet should need, staff are also super knowledgeable!

The staff at this store is completely useless and rude to their customers. I am a dasher and not familiar with items in the store and everytime I go they refuse to help and are extremely obnoxious. Why do you work there if you won't be helping your customers? Do better.

I do not recommend this groomer. The first time we took our dog there, we were charged for a full groom. Dalene didn't do his nails or ears but charged us for this. Four months later we made another appointment for April 15, today the manager calls and says Dalene didn't show up for work and can't rebook until June. This is so unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone going to this Petsmart groomer.

There was this worker there that didn’t make an effort to calm my dog down. He has a high stress level and from previous experiences, I’ve seen them take my dog to a crate to calm down before doing anything. This worker didn’t do that and my dog got very stressed and it only escalated from there. They didn’t end up grooming his hair.

They were very helpful, and kind unlike the Calgary trail location. Will go back anytime. Will never go back to their Calgary trail location.
