I went to see Tammy with lower back pain and circulation issues in my legs over 5 years ago. Within a couple of sessions, my back pain was significantly reduced and the mobility in my legs substantially increased, which continues this day.I have had both reflexology and energy sessions with her which have fine tuned the progress I gained from deep tissue massage.Tammy is a professional and empathetic therapist with an extensive knowledge of massage therapy and human musculature. Tammy has a very peaceful, calm approach to massage and reflexology. Her studio is lovely and quiet. I have had maybe 50 massages from Tammy in the past decade and I can attest to the fact that she has magical hands. Tammy is very respectful and caring. I would highly recommend her. Tammy is so knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, combined with her intuition and care for whole systems healing- really gives a mind, body and spirit experience. Tammy is a wonderful, caring and skilled therapist. When I first met her 16 years ago, I had painful arm, neck and wrist issues from 27 years of repetitive work on the computer for my translation business. I was very worried about the direction I was heading with my sore arms. I did not want to have to resort to carpal tunnel surgery. But Tammy worked her magic with her therapeutic massage treatments and, at the same time, also taught me crucial self-care stretches and techniques. She is constantly reminding me to do the self-care, even in between treatments.There is no doubt in my mind that Tammy’s treatments and ongoing support have allowed me to continue enjoying life to the fullest. I am now 71 years old and still working part-time and enjoying crosscountry skiing, biking and gardening!
