Calgary Counselling & Psychology Centre
Not only has Liz saved my life, she's given me the tools and knowledge to save myself. Her empathy and compassion in our sessions leave me feeling safe, supported and heard. The difference in my mental health from two years ago to now is drastic and for that I attribute to Liz and her practice. If you are looking for someone who will listen without judgment and teach you the tools to help yourself, I couldn't recommend anyone better than Liz. As much as I'd love to keep her open to me whenever I need, her talent and commitment to helping others is to great to keep her selfishly a secret.
