From the beginning I felt welcomed and encouraged at Bella Mia Bridal, as I hunted for my dress. I had been to several other bigger bridal shops, and none of them had a decent variety of dresses (everything had jewels and sparkles, and I was looking for more of a delicate and natural looking dress with lace). The wonderful ladies at Bella Mia knew what I was looking for instantly, and fetched some lovely dresses for me to try, and one of them ended up being my dress. It was a breeze working with their tailor Susan, who was able to add lace to the bust part of my dress, and I was so happy that Bella Mia steamed my dress a few days before my wedding, which was included. I was a Covid bride and when my reception got delayed, Bella Mia was supportive and flexible. As a plus size woman, wedding dress shopping brought me crippling anxiety. After putting it off for as long as I could, I finally booked at Bella Mia. Once we arrived, Anna instantly made me feel relaxed, and excited, to begin my shopping! I chose some dresses, and she also took the liberty to pick some out as well. After 3 dresses, #4 was THE ONE! It was nothing like what I thought I was going to choose, but it was PERFECT! She took the time to make sure measurements were correct so we could order the proper size. I’m so grateful for Anna for helping me find my dress for my big day. THANK YOU BELLA MIA BRIDAL! ❤️

The place is so beautiful and the staff is so nice, warm, and inviting. They have a wide variety of styles for plus size girls to try on. They were very helpful and found me find the dress of my dreams. Also, I struggle with how I look. And when I found the dress, I felt beautiful for the first time in my life. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a dress. Highly recommend. And yes, you can share the photos :)

I highly recommend going to Bella Mia Bridal first in your search for a wedding dress! It's a lovely family-run boutique that made me feel really welcomed and comfortable. They have lots of options in a wide range of sizes. I really liked that they did not rush me or make me feel pressured at any point in the process. They selected some additional dresses for me based on some of the styles I had picked and the dress I ended up buying was one of their recommendations!I also did my alterations with them in-house and everything was done on time and professionally.Thank you all so much!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Anna and she helped me find my dream dress! She was very patient, kind, and was not pushy whatsoever. The store had a wide selection of dresses and many different styles which was nice. The rooms were also quite private so you didn’t feel like you were sharing the space with anyone. We were very disappointed coming to Bella Mia. We felt like we were a bother to our appointment representative. She took away dresses my Mom has asked me to try on. She made us feel like we were a bother the entire time. She never once said congratulations and the appointment really never felt like it was for me. We had said at the beginning that we were researching as this was only my second store and she made comments such as, you need to come back when you are looking more seriously. My body has changed so much in a year that I was just excited to try on different styles. When about to try on a fitted dress she said yeah you really need to love your body to wear these dresses. I honestly will not be returning. Very sour experience. I would not recommend.

Bella Mia Bridal was absolutely amazing!! They were so kind, patient and understanding. They are very easy to get a hold of by phone or email!The day I went to try on dresses they made me and my family feel very welcome. The way the shop was set up made me feel like a princess in a fairytale!! They have a huge variety of dress options and are also willing to work with you for customization! Their veil selection was amazing as well. I had looked in MANY other bridal stores for veils but they had the best selection out of all that I’ve seen.Overall I’m very pleased with them they really go out of their way to make you feel special.

When looking for bridal stores in the Hamilton area I came across Bella Mia and noticed how highly regarded they were for their customer service, gown selection, size inclusivity, and overall experience. I booked an appointment right away and in fact I changed my appointment time/date a couple of times and they were incredibly accommodating and understanding.On the first visit I tried on several stunning gowns and the owners Olivia and Anna (mother & daughter) made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. They didn't put any pressure on me whatsoever to make any kind of decisions. They were patient and kind with me and my entourage.After leaving, I called and booked a second appointment for the following weekend but unfortunately had to cancel last minute and once again they were incredibly understanding and nice about it.This past weekend I visited Bella Mia for the second time and said yes to the dress! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.The entire process at Bella Mia is very smooth. You select the gowns that you want to try on using a tablet which saves a lot of time, but there is also a display of dresses on racks as well. They also offer pampered appointments and on my second visit I was able to see a pampered appointment going on at the other side of the store and I seriously regretted not doing it for mine! It was a stunning display.To sum it up, if you are a bride in the Hamilton area, Bella Mia Bridal is a MUST. You will not regret it.Big thanks once again to Olivia and Anna!Brianna

Although I didn’t purchase my dress here, I had a very positive experience trying on all the different styles and dresses. It’s hard to shop for clothes being plus sized, a wedding dress is even harder, but this store makes it easy. The sales consultants were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a positive experience.
