Came here with hubby to buy some items and asked to use washroom and on the door it said to ask staff for a keyOne staff they didn’t have one and anotherSaid to go outside and go to the A&WLazy staff not wanting to clean bathrooms then should remove them maybe she was just dumb and couldn’t read the sign on the bathroom door or just lazy. Don’t shop here as the people here are very rude

Nobody here to help! This is a flagship store with great selection and stock, but I walked around endlessly for someone to help me with trying on boots. At one point there was three dudes waiting for help. Once help did arrive staff were competent and friendly. Staff need to focus on the customers and their needs before tasks.

Great selection of both work clothes and pleasure wear. Love the carhartt clothes. This store has a good industrial section.

Must be suffering from supply chain issues, the women's boots section was spotty and didn't offer a full range of choices. I did pick up some things I didn't go in looking for, though. A 2nd till would be handy as the cashier was also responsible for answering a busy phone, and customer service/returns as well.

One of the biggest branches in Calgary. Wide selections of products. You can find great quality clothes and shoes.

I like going to this Mark's. For me, I find that they have a good selection of men's clothes. They also have a great selection of footwear. I buy my work boots here as well as a lot of my work clothes and hiking clothes. It's a good idea to watch the flyers because they get some good sales. You can also earn Canadian Tire money here. There is also plenty of free parking.

The manager here is very helpful and prompt. Had to return a boot that was coming apart and she went above and beyond.Really brightens a person's day when someone attentive and assertive can help you deal with a problem. Thank you for being awesome.

5 stars if finding my sizes in men's clothing was easier. There's got to be a better system. Also, why order so much clothing in sizes that seem to always be there.

My friend and I had a great experience at this Mark's location, thanks in part to the amazing service we got! All the sales associates were helpful and friendly especially the young man at the till, I believe his name was Sadra, was very kind and helpful during the checkout of our purchase!
