If you ever need a trampoline moved it’s an absolute joke don’t waste your time get a different trampoline

Purchased the 11 x 11 trampoline a few years ago and have had to have it repaired three separate times. Originally delivered and set up by Springfree staff from Coquitlam. Only one child using it a couple of times per week and the rods keep giving out which causes the matt to rip underneath. The first matt was not covered under warranty because the 2 year limit was up so we had to purchase a new one which came with a 10 year warranty. We paid a professional installer to fix the unit and the same thing happened again within a year or so. The matt was replaced under the warranty (verified by our customer profile information) but we had to pay for the installation again out of our own pocket. Now it has happened for the third time and customer service is avoiding getting back to us because we can not find the original receipt even though they have the information on file from before. We are very disappointed in purchasing one of the most expensive trampolines on the market and now being given the runaround form customer service an no being ignored completely, Ghosted by Springfree Customer Service . . . next step BBB! Warning: Inconsistent Warranty information. While Springfree advertises a 10-year warranty, this is only on NEW trampolines purchased within the last 3 years. The warranty is only 2 years if the trampoline is older than that. This is most likely due to the substandard quality of their older products, as it would presumably cost the company too much if they had to stand by their shoddy workmanship.

Springfree provided amazing customer service throughout the whole process. When it came time for installation, the installers called ahead and then hid around the corner so we could get the kids out of the house (SURPRISE!). Installers were efficient, helpful and courteous. We would definitely recommend Springfree to anyone who asks!

Visited the store to see the trampolines in person before buying one. Didn't realize they closed at 5 during the week.. got there about a minute before five and the staff were kind enough to let us in and answer all of our questions, and let us test out the trampolines. We ended up purchasing the large square one. Delivery and set up was very fast. No complaints. The trampoline itself is awesome and feels so much safer than anything else on the market. My husband was initially opposed to getting a trampoline due to safety concerns. Springfree won his approval!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - We decided to purchase one of these trampolines after visiting our local Home Show. The young gentleman that my husband spoke with advised that he would give us a call in a few days to follow up... No phone call. So because my husband really wanted to get a trampoline for our little girl, he called to have someone come out to assess our yard. They did and it was settled that we would go with the 8ft round trampoline.Fast forward a few weeks later, husband decides when we're in the actual store dropping off payment information that maybe we should get the 10ft instead... When they came to install, and it was determined that the trampoline couldn't actually go where we wanted it to, the tall kid with glasses was extremely rude. We STILL decided to go back to the 8ft in the originally planned location and it was to be delivered this Wednesday. Husband receives a call today to let him know that they would deliver the trampoline; however, they would not install (which was included in our sale!).So maybe my husband was a bit of an annoyance with his indecisiveness, but regardless, it is about CUSTOMER SERVICE. And after all of the runarounds and absolutely atrocious customer service, we will not be purchasing a trampoline from your company and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Went in over the weekend and spoke to Natasha...she was great! Answered all my questions pleasantly and thoroughly, as well as provided we great tips post purchase as well. All while my kids enjoyed themselves on the trampolines in the showroom. It was really great initial service! Hope to make the purchase this week!! Thanks Natasha!

Very friendly service and delivery of items for the spring tramp tune-up! Had our SF tramp for 4 years... by far the best investment for the kids ever. Highly recommended.

Non-existent customer service.Items loose in box and damaged. Personalized order not included and no response from company.Frustrating to pay so much to not get the order as placed and have zero customer service.

Our V*** trampoline springs broke for the 5th time and out of frustration I called Springfree to see if they possibly had any in stock. They found one for us and will be delivering and setting it up in 2 days! These are challenging times, and trampolines are extremely popular, yet Matt searched and found one for us. Amazing customer service! Thank you Matt!
