I had a great experience here! Shar helped me find my grad dress and she was amazing at her job. She was honest (in a nice way) and she brought out lots of dresses that she thought would look good. I tried on over 10 dresses and she didn’t make me feel pressured or rushed at all. I narrowed it down to two and instead of convincing me to buy one on the spot, she gave me the information for each dress. I went back and bought one because Oksana’s has the best dresses in Calgary and I couldn’t find another one that was better. The store had lots of variety in various styles, sizes and colours. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a grad dress.

Best experience ever!They were super helpful and patient. I got my dream dress and couldn't be happier. The prices as well are reasonable. Definitely coming back!!!

First of all, I wish I could leave a 0. The service was HORRIBLE. I purchased a dress for $300 and wore it for a whole 2 hours for a dinner. The threading came off all over the dress and I was embarrassed at how bad the quality was. It was very noticeable. I tried several times to get a hold of someone at their store and when I finally did, they dismissed my concern right away and shut me down completely by saying “there’s nothing we can do”. So then I emailed them, and I was told that I would hear back from them to see what can be done (after emailing the pictures of the dress). To this date, no answer. They didn’t even bother getting back to me and now I’m stuck with a dress that I paid $300 for which I could have purchased a much better quality dress on Shein.Moral of the story- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP HERE. You are much better off with fashion nova or shein dresses.So disappointing….

I bought my graduation dress from here and it was much better than other places I went to. One thing that wasn’t the best was that we had to wait a lot to get assistance between dresses/trying them on, likely because people were overstaying their appointments. All in all, I got a beautiful dress (though very expensive). One thing that is special about this store is that they order you a brand new dress in your size. (I tried on the size in a different colour, then I ordered it in the colour that I liked better.

Oksanas staff have been helpful finding my wedding dress. Very friendly staff and went all their way to make sure I got the perfect dress. I’ll definitely recommend.

This place was one of the better stores we went to for Grad dresses. Katherine was amazing to work with and prices were fair.

We didn't know we need to pre-book a fitting appointment! But the lady was super nice about it and fit us in! She was very helpful and my daughter was able to find a grade 9 grad dress. Lots of choices, but telling her what we were aiming for she helped us find a good range of dresses to decide from! Would recommend!

i originally had an appointment for 6:30 but i ended up making it there at 6:35. me and my friend walk in to check in at the counter where we were greeted by a lady with long black hair and a leopard print dress. when we told her our appointment was at 6:30 she said “well your late and i gave your spot to 2 other walk ins” she then told us that she would be able to let me try on 3 dresses. in the change room as i was trying on the dresses she gave no opinion and was rude with helping, meanwhile she was nice and helpful with her other clients. after i tried on the 3 dresses we asked if i could try on a few more as it didn’t seem too busy she then respond by looking at her watch rolling her eyes and saying “i guess she can try on 2 more”. she was unwelcoming from the beginning i will not be returning again.

Second review. After such a great experience shopping for dress we were so excited to get the call that it was ready!! That excitement turned to disappointment and disbelief! Not just for me but another family as well. I helped my daughter try on her dress and carried it to the front. The two young girls working then said we are not prepared for pick up season so we have no garment bags. They laughed and said they could tape plastic bags together to cover dress. Um ok. So they put together a mock cover for a almost $700 dress. Then put ONE piece of tape to hold it together laughed again and said oh we ran out of that too. Took few steps out of store and it all fell apart so we went back in. They said oh I guess we will have to use packing tape !! My daughter tried asking if dress could get ruined by that and was blown off. Then phone was ringing and dark haired girl says to the blonde oh it’s problem just “some mom” as a mother myself I was blown away as these dresses for our daughters special days are not cheap and we may have questions or concerns! Then they say oh it’s Oksana and just ignore the phone!! I said to my daughter that maybe they should answer that call and let her know they have run out of garment bags and tape as I’m sure the owner would like to know!! Needless to say we took our Amazon type wrapped dress and very carefully brought it home! We will be going back tomorrow to ask for a garment bag to store properly until grad!!!!

Oksana's was our 3rd place to shop for my daughters grad dress and we had Oksana as our person to help and she was amazing. No other place was as helpful as this shop. Her daughter in law was also so amazing. Wish we would have started at this shop!! So many dresses to choose from and friendly. Thank you!!
