Chinook Chem-Dry

I purchased a house in Calgary and the seller used this company for carpet cleaning.But after I cleaned it myself in a home carpet cleaner, the waste tank was all dirty.

I really wanted to take some time to write this review on Chinook Chem-Dry, specifically Hugo.My mom passed away in late February, and her house was a disaster. Years of neglect had taken a toll on the beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood she had installed. Having mobility issues, three cats, and what seemed to be a wax that was covering the master bedroom's hardwood, it looked like it was never going to come out clean.I asked industry friends what we could do; the wood just had this dullness to it; most suggested sanding down and re-staining the wood. Ultimately we found Hugo and Chinook Chem-Dry.We booked an appointment, and Hugo went to work on the floors on time and was super professional, even while we had trades still in the house painting and working. He spent what seemed to be an eternity in the primary bedroom trying to remove the wax from the floors, kept in touch with us during the whole time, and even came back on a Saturday to finish the job once we were all out.The results were insanely impressive. Honestly, look at the attached photos. Hugo and his team were amazing to work with, courteous, and went above and beyond while working in a super tight timeframe.Thank you, Hugo, and the whole team at Chinook Chem-Dry!!

They were very prompt and professional. Took me through the process, outlining the costs and most importantly how those costs could change depending on the different options I choose.They were receptive to all my questions and finished the job under time. Best of all, it looks great!

My filthy carpets came out looking nearly new. I couldn’t believe how clean they came out. Mario, the technician, was on time, polite, explained the process to me, and did an excellent job. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this outfit to anyone.

Very professional, took great care of our home with guards to protect corners and wood work. Very respectful, because of heavy smoke in our area, he hauled the equipment indoors rather than leave doors open. Great job on carpets. We definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
