Great service with reasonable price. Highly recommended this hair salon. 佳姐 Ms. Fu Jia was my hair stylist, she doesn’t rush work and is very detail focused. I am planning on coming back here for my next visit. You will get the most value from visiting this place.

The salon is nicely designed with a refreshing sleek and modern setup. The hair washing is an absolute must as this is very relaxing and massaging. Kevin was my hairdresser. Despite an English language barrier, (Chinese? There is a lady to translate) Kevin listened to my requests and then went to work. I've never voiced this of any other salon, but, Kevin gave me the absolute best hair cut I have ever had. Superior skills in his trade. I would recommend this establishment as a great experience, great price, and great talent.(Regarding the language barrier, someone in store can translate, or use Google Translate, or simply bring a photo. Do not allow this to keep you from a great experience!)

I eyed this place in hopes of making it my regular go-to hair salon since the location is convenient for me and they have high reviews. I phoned ahead of time and spoke to a female in Cantonese. I asked her if appointments were necessary or if I could just walk in. She said it was busiest around noon and penciled me in for the 1pm slot.I ended up arriving early at noon and waited for 15 minutes in the chair. This was fine and I appreciated they could fit me in early. They have free wifi and the salon is bigger than I expected with multiple hairdressers. I liked that they had lockers with keys for you to secure your belongings. It was busy on a Saturday with mostly male customers.Jimmy cut my hair. I found it disappointing that he only spoke Mandarin and couldn't converse in English. I had to tell the female staff member how I wanted my haircut and she then translated to him. Why is it that people work and live in Canada but do not have a basic proficiency in English?The wash and cut was $45. It took around 45 minutes. When I got home, I realized that the two sides of my hair were uneven. I had to trim parts of it myself to make it even. ... This was disappointing. Cutting hair to be the same length on both sides of the head is quite a basic standard skill of hair cutting, no?Needless to say, I'll be continuing on my search of a reliable and quality hairdresser in the Markham area.

After the cut was complete, the designer styled my hair and showed me some tips on how to recreate the look at home. I left feeling confident and refreshed, and I received many compliments on my new cut in the following days.

Really unprofessional they charge me 35 dollars for hair cut it was awful I had to go to other hair salon to fix they mess.Stay away from them.

First time was good, second time was OK, after the third time I wont come back. The assistant was nice and friendly but hair stylist barely exchanged more than 5 sentences even though we spoke the same language. Though he did the job as necessary, the experience was the most awkward I had at a salon. I felt more like a hair dummy rather than a person. After the stylist finished he pretty much just walked away. Terrible. Hair cut also ended up being shorter than what was agreed upon.

I visited this salon yesterday, for the first time, and I absolutely loved the energy of this place. Everyone working there is very friendly, especially a lovely lady who washed my hair, Maggie. I got my cut done by Jessica and she's great at what she did. Her work is very calm, precise, and made sure I got what I wanted. A big thanks to these two wonderful ladies, and the team at this salon :)
