I've been going to this salon for 2 years now. Never normally have an issue, and I tend not to complain. But it's also frustrating to leave a nail salon with poorly done nails, especially since you're paying for it. I find that if you decline a manicure, they rush through your nails. I usually just get shellac done on my natural nails, and on at least 6-7 occasions, I've had the top coat turn into a yellowish/white colour after a day...doesn't even look like I got my nails done. This salon also does not follow proper sanitation procedures. My technician rinsed" off the cuticle trimmer in my dirty manicure water and put it back in her drawer. It just seems like every time I go here there's some issue or another. Extremely unimpressed with my last visit. I will not be visiting this location again."

Not as good as the other Nails For You in the plaza next door to this one. Customer service should be better, they seemed very uninterested and not friendly. My nails were uneven lengths. They usually put both hands together to compare the length and shapes to make sure the nails match, but she didn’t do anything. The polish wasn’t applied evenly and was very thick not fully covering someof the nails. 50 dollars just for a shellac manicure with three nails that needed tips and gel - because they were broken. I will not be going back. At the other location I pay 50 for a full set of tips, gel and shellac.

I got my nails filled there and the girl didn’t fill it right. Half a week later and my nails look like they need to be filled again. Also, after applying the Shellac, she tried to buff my nails; I told her no and pulled away my hand. I think they do that so that the shellac will come off quicker which will make you return. I’m not returning.

Very unhappy with my nails I went there today to get a shellac polish change, very basic. They told me to get biogel fill & I agreed. After the lady started, she realized my own nails were strong enough to keep natural & told me to change seats where I went to an older woman. She didn't understand what I wanted, I asked for the holographic nails & the original woman kept having to come over & translate what I wanted then proceeded to stand over her to show her how to do it. The end result wasn't holographic but more like glittler on top of the paint. So lame, Very bad idea to send new customers to the least skilled nail tech

Phuong (hopefully I spelled it right) was amazing. I love my nails. She was kind and courteous and good at her job. Compared to the girl that did my sister's nails. My sister's nails were bumpy, roughly finished and she told her that she didn't like her nails. 2 completely different experiences. If you have to go here, pheoung is your girl. I would've given it 4 stars but the other girl didn't help

Rude and lazy employees here. Find somewhere else to go or be disappointed. My wife got a manicure and pedicure with gel nails. They gave here a selection of colours to choose from and kept saying no we don't have that one several times. My wife had to settle for an okay colour as they are apparently too cheap to buy more of the popular colours. Then they added a fake nail to cover a broken one she had. It was not shaped well to match her other nails and one nail adds $5 to the bill apparently. She asked for French tips and they played dumb like they didn't understand her even when she tried to explain it. Completely disgusted with the service here and will never come back. Shame on this business for being so bad at the one thing they do.

Let me start with the positives. Relaxing environment, genuinely “nice” staff, clean tools. The lady doing my nails took her time and did a good job, I was satisfied with the work.What I was baffled by, was paying 107 dollars for a basic mani pedi.Maybe I misunderstood, though I could hardly understand what I was being told. What I did understand that my original total was going to be around 95 dollars. Whatever, kind of expensive but I did get gel, I had it coming.I’m a college student, I can’t afford to pay 107 dollars for a basic set of pink colored nails. Not only that, but I felt very uncomfortable leaving the salon after paying such an extreme amount, I called to ask about their prices. Not only was I told the amount was the original total stated, but it was actually less.I definitely feel that this was NOT anywhere near worth 107 dollars, I’d be happy to include photos. Definitely not coming back here again, I’d rather not be ripped off and scammed. Leaving two stars because the nail tech was fairly nice, only when she wasn’t scamming me.

Worst service. Pressured me to upgrade services despite saying no nicely on multiple occasions. She then told me my nails were dry, the second I grabbed my purse my nail polish was ruined and they told me it was my fault and refused to fix it for me. Manicure is horrible, cold water soak for less than a minute. I had to go home and trim the cuticles myself. My husband got a pedicure, and they cut him but then said that it was there before. Dirty and bad service never go here

I've been going to this place for two years and never had an issue until today.....I waited 40 minutes when they kept telling me it was only 15 minute wait they served a lady that walked in after I did and she was getting a manicure while I was getting a fill. I then began to huff and puff from being upset and was told rudely by the lady sitting closest to the door that some girls do pedicures and some manicures in which I responded with a groan. A woman who does a manicure is capable of doing a fill as well. I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years I'm not stupid. Then when I was served the lady in the third chair was very rough with me and continued to kiss her teeth and speak in her language about me to all of the other girls. I know this because they all continued to stare at me. I will never go back again! Horrible service! I now know why they had so many bad reviews! Never will I recommend this place again. I hope they shut down.
