Canadian Tire
Return process was quick and easy. Frustrating that the two products I purchased (same make/model purchased in the Oliver store) did not work when I arrived home in Osoyoos. Came back and bought a different model, worked like a charm. No hassle, no grief, just a simple return process. Great customer service.

Normally I enjoy.shopping here. However my last visit i was not very pleased.Encountered the most condescending sales clerk in paint dept.I got the feeling I was AN INCONVENIENCE while trying to locate certain items in his department.I won't be purchasing items from there again if i can find them elsewhere.Wish I spent my hard earned $486.00 elsewhere. I'm mad at myself for tolerating this experience longer than I should have. When there was no need for it at all. The other sales staff however were great

I had a return and they made it so easy to exchange my product even though it was purchased in another town. Parking is easy. Excellent service from staff when I was looking for additional items .

Got to be honest I never leave this location thinking gee I’m glad I spent my money here. The staff always seem like you’re the biggest inconvenience in the world. I’ve noticed that a lot of Canadian tire staff are grumpy across the board so could be a general culture problem.

On the retail side I'd give this store 6 stars!But this review is about my 2nd experience with the part's counter;The first time I was looking for a pulley puller (that I already located on the CC website) only to be told by the partslady I don't know what that is" after she typed it into the computer. That's when I showed her the picture and part number on the CC website (for this store) and pointed out that it's on the rack behind her!Today

Don’t bother calling. I called to ask about a product I was looking at online , and was redirected to another department. No one answered so I guess it automatically redirects back to customer service and was immediately met with , rudeness and a I don’t have time for this attitude. Nice Customer service Canadian tire Oliver.

They were very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed it was actually a little confusing trying to find the proper headlights for my car but me and a staff member just got discovered that there were some in stock but they weren't on the shelf she mentioned that somebody may have stolen them which is too bad but they were very helpful to me and when they have more in stock I will definitely return to get the bright headlights for my car

Recently inquired at the front desk regarding an out of stock item. I had the product number and knew it was available in another location. Margaret checked my info and made arrangements to have the item shipped over. I was notified when it arrived and picked it up without a hitch.Very happy, great customer service!

I love cdn tire . My points bought my purchases today. I was a little sad about cross pricing on a ninja blender or I guess competitive pricing
