Great job Chintan!The other day, I experienced very good customer service from Bakery associate Chintan. I was looking for a frozen cake as the outside ones were of ambient temperature, so I asked him if they had any more in stock. He immediately went in freezer to find out, took his time and found the one I was looking for. Such customer service is rare to seen. Keep it up.

Terrible theft prevention, literally turned around for 25 seconds and my bag was stolen, security was laughably underauthorized to handle the situation, and management unwilling to allow any checking of security cameras without a police report, theft prevention....literally told me nothing will happen and then refused to assist past wasting manpower having employees scower the store for a person who obviously likely grabbed and ditched. Get your ship in order wal mart

I was buying the vileda wring mop for 35 on sale, It came up for $69, more than it's regular price. When I asked the staff member check into it he called for help. 4 personal came, and kept passing off going to look at the display at the end of the isle. Finally the last guy just looked at me and said he wasn't going to do it. Needless to say I left without it. Can't recall customer service like that anywhere.

I went to this Walmart yesterday, but I couldn't believe I was still in Canada.I'm not a racist, but the majority of the workers are Indians, and they were just chatting with their coworkers and doing nothing. It seemed like they owned the place, to think that the store wasn't organized and was dirty

Ordered a barbecue online, tracker said it was delivered at the store on May 9th 2023 at 9am. Got no email like i was told i would so I called on the 10th and 14, guy said it's not there. So I told him that the tracker said its there since the 9th, both times, but on the 14th he went to go actually check and said, oh ya it's here. It's already 6pm mothers day So this ruined mother's day. On the 15th I pick it up, it's damaged in 3 spots pretty badly so I had to now pack it up and bring it back for a refund. I still have no barbecue....never againWhat a nightmare!!

Overall this place is very nice, has also anything you need. One area of improvement is Groceries. The quantity of fruits and vegetables is nowhere near compares to other grocery places such as Freshco. In addition, I find that the prices of groceries are almost more expensive than other place. 5 starts If they can work on this area and maybe add a few self checkout stations as well to speed things up for customers with very few items to pay for.

I have experienced a disheartening experience at Walmart yesterday when I came to checkout there was one manager named Jackeline she was very rude and arrogant and wasn’t supportive at all. I asked her to check the price and i said that there is a different price on shelf even though she told that it’s different product and start on giving Lame excuses and there were multiple products on same kind and i asked for scanning code of practice and she said no so it was very saddening experience ,Hopefully Walmart works on rules and regulations.
