Very friendly lady (owner I assume) that works there. She is very helpful and gives suggestions on products that will work.I bought some cat treats and wasn’t sure if my cat would like them, the lady said I could bring them back if my cat doesn’t like them.She also doesn’t let you spend money on things you might not need. She said I should feed my dog the bones they sell. I went to buy 3 she wouldn’t let me and insisted I take one on the house just to see if my dog would like it.Will continue going here and supporting our small business community over the big stores any day. Thank you!

Story goes, had an immediate need for a pet carrier and one a phone call scramble the owner was friendly on phone and reassuring that she had what I needed in stock and waiting for me.A few minutes later I was in the store and she sorted thru sizes before settling on what she thought was the best fit.Amazing service, great prices and very kind as I was off and on my way in no time.

Best people, true animal lovers, very knowlegable on what is best for your pup. Cathy found my lil yorkie a food that is way healthier for him and less then half the price of what I was giving him. Cannot give enough stars and there isn't even space here to write how many ways she helped me and my puppy ☆ Thank You !

I just discovered this pet supply shop and am wondering what took me so long. The owner is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Her prices are better than those at bigger chains. An excellent place to meet your pet's needs.

We went in to see if there was any toy for our cat, Angel, who is a chewer. We found something so unusual. They were so helpful.Kudos.

Great little independent pet supply shop! Cathy is very knowledgeable about the products and seems to truly enjoy being a resource to pet owners in the community. She even remembers which treats our dog likes best when she drops a little sample" in for him. You just don't get that kind of personal service in a big corporate store."

This is my favourite place to buy food and treats for my dog. The lady who owns the store is so kind, patient, and helpful. She has really made my nervous dog, very comfortable to visit her store. She also has given us great tips on which foods to use for our dog. Her selection of chewing treats like knee caps, bully sticks/spirals, fish chews is the best in the city.

I have been going to Endless Tails for over ten years. I would never shop anywhere else for my dog food or supplies. I used to live in the neighbourhood but had to move to Burlington. I still travel 30 minutes to shop at Endless Tails because I would never shop any where else. Cathy the owner is incredible! She treats her customers like family and takes time out of her insanely busy days to give advice. My dog had a terrible allergy and Cathy gave me suggestions to help beat Otto’s horrible scratching. She could have been a veterinarian. Saved me a visit to the vet and money. She listens to her customers and really cares. I don’t know any other store owner who gives so much to their customers. The store has been recently renovated and it is a joy to shop in there. Not only that but she rescues cats and kittens, offering adoptions in her store. To date, I believe she has adopted out over 500 cats and kittens! This is not a huge corporation, it is a small business run by one woman.Oh, and I saw the review below by Thomas. I believe he is the one who is on drugs or drunk. His review is a joke. Don’t believe it!Wishing you the best Cathy! If you haven’t shopped at Endless Tails then go. You won’t be disappointed!
