We are a small local government that was looking for a simple, easy to use, high quality, cost effective audio-visual system in order to stream Council Meetings and allow virtual participation along with those attending in-person. From start to finish, Glen and staff were patient with us, understood our needs clearly and provided a full proposal and quote within a short time frame. We are such a small office with no on-staff IT Department but they made it super easy. The price was very fair and they went above and beyond to ensure that our equipment was installed (even though we are not located in the Vancouver area) and that our staff was comfortable operating the new system before they left. They also assured us that they'll be available for online support if needed. Plus, they're just super friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
