I bought two reconditioned batteries about 8 months ago; One of them struggled to turn a Mazda 3 over right after installation. I charged it fully and it didn't hold a charge. I then reconditioned" the battery using my Dewalt charger with recon setting

I've bought my last two automotive batteries from Westrock, and they are always great to deal with. They have always provided me with more than one option, and are very competitive in price. They carry far more than just automotive batteries as well.

Love these guys... this is my 2nd car I've come here with and will continue using them... prices are great weather or not your looking for brand new or used battery with typically only a $20 charge for installation

We got 640 watts of solar power now at a fraction of the cost that we were quoted at other solar dealers. Everything was explained l, we are more then happy and will continue to deal with Westrock! Thank you to the big guy!

THE UN-WARRANTYI bought a car battery at Westrock because they were cheap and nearby. I was up sold to the 650CCA, 60 month warranty battery, but shopping there proved to be a big mistake. Within 8 months my power windows became sluggish, and at my fall inspection a month later, the battery was marked as “needs attention soon”. Since it was only 9 months old, I thought I had a bit of time, but the battery completely died when it was 10 months old. Westrock gave me a hard time about honouring the 60 month warranty, but finally put a new battery in. Problem? THE REPLACEMENT BATTERY WAS 18 MONTHS OLD! Manufactured in March 2020. Not wanting to deal with Westrock every 6 months for the remainder of the 60 months, I went and bought a battery from somewhere with a good reputation for their products and customer service. I’ll never step foot in the place again.Btw, besides giving me a garbage battery for my warranty replacement, the staff was rude and not one of the three staff members was wearing a mask for COVID.

I was looking at a Groupon for a 2 way remote car starter. Before purchasing it, I called Westrock to make sure I was purchasing the right one, as I have a recently installed MPI immobilizer on my vehicle. They confirmed I needed the one with the bypass module, so this is the one I bought.I then called to set up the appointment. I dropped the vehicle off before they opened in the morning on the day of the install appointment so they would be able to start as early as needed to finish before I was off work at 3:00pm that day.By 2pm, I hadn’t heard from them, so I called to make sure the vehicle was ready and I could pick it up. (As I was walking to pick it up)I was told they had not even started working on it. Although very inconvenienced, (needing to set up alternate transportation) I told them I would leave it there so they could get started on it that day, and be sure to finish it up the next day for pick up.It turned out they did not start on it that day, and when they finally got to it the next morning, I was told I needed a 2nd immobilizer fob because they need to “bury” one under the dash. Everything I read online said you do not need to do this, but they assured me that they do, but it was very sketchy wether it would completely disable the immobilizer or not. I said they can move forward with it, as long as the immobilizer wasn’t disabled, and I would get another fob made up (at my own expense).Through all of this, communication was poor. People who said they would call me back didn’t (with the exception of Jason, who didn’t reply to texts, but did call back once).In the end, I was told they could not do the install because they would need (2) separate bypasses, one for the factory key, and one for the MPI immobilizer. They looked into seeing if they could do that first, but ended up saying they couldn’t.I picked up the vehicle that day (day 2), with no remote start installed.I ended up bringing the vehicle to another shop. I explained the issues I was having and they said none of it sounded right. I booked an install date with them for a 2 way remote, and they had it done in 1 day, not burying a fob anywhere in the vehicle.

Low quality product. Bought groupon for 2-way car remote starter. I was told I can unlock my car and will have 2-way communication. Remote dont have unlock feature and 2-way is a joke. Not worth spending $475. It's a rip-off. Stay away from this groupon deal. You can get this remote under $300 installed.

Came in to check if my battery was shot or if it was the alternator and they were super fast and friendly about it. $12.50 for the inspection whereas Canadian Tire wanted $40.00 to check the alternator. Recommended to me by my step-dad and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!
