I had no brake lights. They took me in at a moments notice. The mechanic quickly diagnosed my problem as a faulty relay. They ordered the parts and had me safely back on the road. I only paid for the part and 1/2 an hour shop time. I have dealt with this outfit for years on several different vehicles and they were always consistently fair and expedient. They take care of your vehicle as if it were theirs and only perform what is necessary. Their customer service is outstanding and has earned them my ongoing trust, loyalty and respect as a consumer. Once you give them a chance, you will never go anywhere else.

I've been here twice and both times I received good service. The first time was a brake replacement. Steve explained any problems he found and the cost ahead of undertaking the repairs. Second time was an oil change, wiper blade replacement and belt change. The price was good and Steve took time to show me the condition of the old parts he was replacing.Incidentally they have good wifi and the free coffee is ok. Worth knowing if you wait for the job to be done.

I attended this location for the “Spring Maintenance Package” - I assume all they meant was an oil change. The ad does specify between “check” and “visual inspection”. Now my understanding between the both would be, physically grabbing onto and testing, Vs visually looking at. I am quite mechanically inclined but decided to utilize this package in the event something I needed to tend to was identified.I honestly was expecting a more detailed response and inspection from the shop, but it was far from that. For example, it states that your lights would be checked; clearly not as my rear brake light was burnt out going in to the shop (I was not advised of that upon picking up my car). It also states that your front end would be checked; well the bushings on my front struts are cracked and worn out, plus I have a slight alignment issue as it pulls to the right (again none of which was mentioned). Lastly, my rear brakes are wearing down and will need to be replaced soon due to the vehicle being subjected to the interior winters most of it’s life. None of these issues mentioned above were identified to me upon pick up of my vehicle.For someone who knows an extensive amount on vehicles, this is how I identify if I will ever use a shop for repairs I cannot tackle. I expect the repairs to be done right, and thorough. I did not feel this was very thorough as the service was not completed as specified in the ad.Unfortunately I will not be using Minit-Tune and do not recommend this location. The only positive thing was they were quick for the oil change, which is apparently all the “maintenance package” is.
