IDP IELTS Test Venue - Maple Leaf Academy

Very bad experience. I booked a IELTS test on this centre, they ask candidates arrive an hour before the test because they only open up one counter to help people putting away personal belongings. After waiting in the line for almost 45 minutes then you have to wait in another line for photo taking and fingerprinting. I waited until my turn to check in for the test but they couldn’t fine any of my information so that I couldn’t join the test I booked for even though I have all confirmation emails with me saying that my payment and ID documents were approved. They just send me and said there someone will call me on the next business day. I waited a whole day for the call but there was nothing and I tried to call them but no one answer my calls nor reply my email. This is not my first time participating in IELTS test and past experiences were excellent. I have to say that this is the worst experience I ever had with IELTS.Update:After this 1 star review on google they replied me an email following up my case and had my test date transferred. 1 star added for that however the arrangement I experienced on that day was still has rooms to improve.
