Dewalt Factory Service

Fast service for my Dcd999. It had a chuck that would let go and they replaced the assembly. No arguing.

Dropped off a tool that had suddenly stopped working. Unfortunately the supplier I bought it from had it for a while so it wasn’t within the three year warranty.I followed up a month later and was told they had to order parts. Another month passed and I checked in. I was told it was Not repairable and was offered a negligible credit and a new one for $600.The communication was poor and given the power generator was only used twice I find it hard to believe it was irreparable.Regardless the length of time they had it and lack of communication wasn’t desirable and my personal theory is dewalt isn’t into fixing but rather selling new equipment.I have been a lifelong dewalt owner however I recently had a faulty Milwaukee drill and battery. I walked into their store and within five minutes was given a new battery and drill with no receipt and no questions asked. That’s service.

They exchanged my battery that wouldnt take a charge with 0 issues which was great. However we called ahead asking for a specific drill kit that we were told was $224 which was a good amount of savings but it turned out they didnt have that kit at all. Could've been a 5 star as front desk was helpful while we were there. but realistically without that kit that they said they had we wouldnt not have made the special hour long trip just for a 2ah battery.

I love this store! We had our sander repaired under warranty, the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend checking this store out for tools

Update!!! Why don't you post that you are closed for the day. I drove all the way here just to find out that the doors are locked. Gas prices are crazy!! This place should just close their doors. I hate this place. Didn't really know much about this place but when i did go there, i didn't see any great deals at all. Better deals at the hardware stores. Asked for a replacement piece for my saw and when they came out with it, i wasn't sure if it was what i needed. I said i would buy it and see if it was the one i needed but was told if i buy it, i would bot be able to return it. First time i ever heard of that.

Love this place. It is hard to keep your hands in your pocket here. Bought two new battery powered tools and put them at work.

Brought a dead Dewalt battery and the staff tested it and replaced it within 5 minutes. Fast, efficient and, friendly service. Thank you!

Brought in my nearly-new Planer that quit working. They had it fixed in 2 days, and shipped it back to me immediately. Super friendly staff and fantastic service! Highly recommend this place.

Went in on dec 27th. Young guy behind the counter told me he was eating. So i had to wait. After i shopped around and found what i wanted. The price tag was 46.99 and after taxes and 20% the tolal came to over 45.00. I question and he told me the price tag was wrong and they wouldn't honor that price. So i left unhappy. Why price stuff if your going change the price at the cash.
