Extremely disappointed with our experience. We came up from the lower mainland with our two kids. The trolley company says all ages welcome".However

The experience that my family and friends went through on the trolly tour was absolutely unacceptable, how these families were treated, not only on the tour itself, but how they've been treated by the office administrators. They were only on the tour for a few minutes, and kicked off because the baby was crying (for a few minutes at the beginning of the tour). They should be refunded in full and offered an apology with the unbelievable way they were treated. Any reputable organization would be more than willing to accomodate the terrible service the families experienced.Being from a city that is highly based on tourism, this is incomprehensible that a company would treat families in this way. This is so disheartening, and frankly disgusting in the customer service that is being displayed by the staff at the trolly tour and the executive director of moose jaw tourism. You would think in the business of tourism they would be, firstly, patient with babies and families, and secondly, fair and reasonable to families that they decide to kick off for absolutely no reason. The child would have settled within a couple minutes and everyone could have enjoyed the tour. Not to offer a full refund is quite simply theft on the trolly tours part. Terrible, atrocious customer service for tourism moose jaw trolly tours.

We went on the Ghost Tour trolley ride around the beautiful streets of Moose Jaw. The tour guide and bus driver did great work and I really commend the tour guide for the hour long tour! It can't be easy to tell stories in an animated way for that long. Well done!

Last weekend we tried going on the trolley with our friends from BC. We hadn't even left the parking lot and the Trolley Conductor had asked several times if one of the babies in our group would be okay as he was crying. The trolley was loud, her microphone was loud, and yes a baby crying is going to be loud. She threatened to turn the trolley around numerous times in the span of a few minutes. We made it exactly 0.5 km to the Brandt building where they turned around, and kicked off the baby and his father. So our group of 7 got off as we were not about to leave a baby and his dad stranded for an hour in the heat while we took the tour. Lynnette told us to go inside to get a refund. Within a few minutes of getting off the trolley, the baby fell asleep as we told them he would. Almost a week later, we are not being issued a FULL REFUND of $86.29. Just a partial refund of $21.27 for the baby & father. This morning my girlfriend received a call from the Executive Director of Tourism Moose Jaw. It lasted 12 minutes and within that time she managed to make my girlfriend cry. All we wanted was a full refund, now I want an apology.I urge the board of directors to get together and ask yourselves, is this really who we want representing tourism in Moose Jaw? Considering most of you have businesses that rely on tourists. Our friends are likely to never come back as they feel unwelcome.

My partner and I recently took the daytime tour. Our guide was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable - even when she had to stop the tour to deal with some very unruly younger passengers. Once that was resolved (the unruly passengers and the rest of their party willingly disembarked) the tour went off without a hitch. I learnt some interesting history about this prairie city and just wish I could take the first five minutes again to hear what was missed. Five stars all the way to the wonderful guide and driver.

Worst experience you could ever have dealing with this place. I thought I was treating my out of town company to a lovely tour of the city. I didn’t expect to get harassed multiple times and my money not refunded. The tour guide had an aggressive attitude towards the whole bus because of some children who had broke equipment the week before, which clearly hit a nerve when she saw us board with 3 toddlers. The youngest one was upset and crying, which we made aware he would settle down shortly after departing.Instead, the entire first 5 minutes of the tour we were asked repeatedly if it would be best to get him off the trolley. We were not even half a km down the road when we decided to not take the embarrassment and abuse of being called out every 30 seconds for having a toddler with us who was simply being a toddler.Note I bought 3 tickets for TODDLERS. I’m not sure why they sell tickets for toddlers if they don’t want what comes with them on the trolley. Maybe they should have adult only tours. We were brought back to the tourism building. She told me to go inside and the girl working would get me a refund. After several minutes of waiting for her to text her boss, she said we have your info on file and I’ll get your refund once she hears back. We left very disgruntled.SIX days later, after I’ve left a message wondering where my refund is, I get a call stating I’m in the wrong and will not be getting a full refund. She stated as I could have left my guests from out of town abandoned in the heat with no vehicle while I enjoyed the trolley tour. She belittled me to the point of tears, standing her ground that Tourism Moose Jaw can’t absorb a $60 refund for a young family just trying to have a nice day.

Wow!! I recently got to experience the trolley crime tour and was not disappointed!! Lynette was entertaining and full of stories from the past that kept me wanting more! I will definitely be taking this tour again and telling my friends! Thank you Lynette for doing what you do! I look forward to seeing you again!!

There was nothing comfortable about the trolley ride. Had it not been so loud I could have taken a nap from the less than entertaining stories. I wish they had dropped me off when we stopped at the cemetery. The people there looked to be having more fun.

I tried attending a tour with my wife and 2 young sons. With us were our friends from Moose Jaw who are another young family. During the introduction the tour director asked everyone on the trolley where they were from but skipped our group entirely. Before the ride had started, my youngest (who turns 2 next week), stood up on his seat. His older brother (3) was sitting very patiently, as was the other toddler (3) in our group. The tour director informed us the baby needs to sit or else he can't be on the tour. Right off the bat it seemed she didn't want us. She also spent some time giving a couple at the back a hard time for trying to adjust their seat that she claimed some kids had broken.I tried to get my child to sit but he was fussing so I pulled him onto my lap. The tour director asked if he was going to be okay, we said he would be fine when we start moving. He started having a temper tantrum and the tour director felt it necessary to call us out again. At this point we hadn't even left the parking lot, we were parked by Mac the Moose and had been called out several times. We were maybe 3 minutes into the tour".My wife was sitting a couple seats back and tried taking our crying child but he seemed to be just as upset so I took him back as I was closer to the front and everyone else on the tour had chosen back seats. (The guide wouldn't let anyone sit in the seats in the front section of the bus). The guides microphone was so loud I could still hear everything she said and my wife could could hear great from her seat

Watched as a family was literally hushed by tour guide, who raised their voice a lot on the microphone to be heard over a toddler who was crying, then proceeded to kick dad and toddler off the trolley by asking several times if they 'wanted to get off' in a passive aggressive way, which ended up making the whole family leave. This is not a good service for the ticket price, and it is a family friendly trolley, so you would expect kids to be there.
