Always satisfied with 123ink.ca. their toner is a third of the price as the brand name toner and just as good. they also have quick shipping. I ordered a 3 pack of toner at 3pm and the next morning it was delivered. I always recomend them!

Ad on google says free shipping on first order over $35. I went to checkout my $36 order and now says free shipping for $49 and over. Used free shipping code number. It does not apply now. So I may as well buy local. I went into Google reviews. A lot of bad ones. Guess I will buy local instead.

I like there service alway get my ink from them price is so reasonable. But past year or so there are not updating the websites right now it says open but no time leave message they don't reply. How could you go from good service to so bad.

I've been buying inkjet cartridges from this company for a long, long time. Every time they've been perfect and last SO long. I have an HP Photosmart All-in-One printer and always buy the colour and black XP (large) at the same time - they usually have a special for this. Why should I pay much more than double for HP products? They made my great computer obsolete and I had to spend big bucks on a new one - I still like a desktop. Delivery is so fast and I always order on-line. The one time I had to call them, the customer service was fabulous.

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent us the wrong cartridge and it took almost 2 months to resolve the issue. Called many, many times and spoke to employees that could barely speak or understand English. Finally have a refund coming for the purchase price less 20% restocking charge - - - for their error.Will NEVER deal with them again.

I ordered HP cartridges with free shipping and our community mail box were compromised. Tried to resolve my issue to them.I e-mail their customer service several times and finally the supervisor reply that he will replace my lost item. It was very stressful but I finally very glad and appreciate that the company did in good faith to replace it with no additional charge. Except I have to drive 50kms to their facility which 100 % secured that I got the item.Thanks to Mr. J. Yoo.

make that no star. i have been dealing with this company for some time now, no complaints until recently. they used to deliver via canada post and it would take at most 2 days to get show up at my door. then they started using ups. it now takes 12 days and we are local. canada post would knock on the door and hand it to me. ups just leaves it outside on the doorstep. i have complained and the person on the phone didn't seem to care. nothing has been done, no follow up, nothing. in future it would be better for me to go to staples or some other store.

I used their pick up service. Called and confirmed prior to going to their warehouse. Unfortunately some of the cartridges I bought didn’t work, but Timothy was so helpful. They refunded me without asking too much question. I’ll definitely use them again for my future needs.

Very fast and efficient in getting my order to me and processing my credit card. But when it comes to living up to their warranty for bad toner, they do everything to stall you, make excuses, and telling me to wait and that it is not their toner problem until the warranty period runs out. I wasted time calling them and doing the live chat with them. Now I am stuck with eight bad toners that don't work and which they won't take back because the warranty has expired. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
