I have dealt with Rod for many years and I appreciate his expertise and knowledge when listening to my issues....he knows his stuff and always knows exactly what I’m talking about, even when I don’t. He knows what the issue is and comes up with a solution right away. The fact that he educates me with a user friendly manner, speaks volumes. No technical stuff I don’t understand. I appreciate his advice and recommendations over the phone and in person. His product prices can’t be beat and never oversells them. If your looking for someone for pool repairs Rod is your guy, he is professional, prompt and replaced my equipment during the busiest time in the season ahead of schedule. He fixed 2 other minor things not on his original quote ( and didnt charge) and follow up with things I need to do to maintain my equipment, Excellent service

Rod has to be the very best hot tub guy. On a couple of occasions if the repair is simple he tells me what to do rather than him come to my house and spend 5 minutes fixing the problem and having to charge for an hours work/travel time. Not many are that honest. I can't say good enough things about his company.

They provide excellent service and I would happily recommend this company to anyone with a pool or hot tub. We quickly realized that we can trust that we are expert hands, and they are good value and don't oversell stuff we don't need. Ive been using Rod/Absolute for over 10 years for all of my pool repair needs. Rod is always knowledgeable and responsive and knows his stuff. His prices are very fair and he doesn't mark up or charge for unnecessary repairs. Very happy with his service and would highly recommend!
