We used Winnipeg Pool Guys for a few years until recently. Last Spring upon opening, we found that a pipe had burst in our solar system on the roof due to water not being drained, and that the line to our slide had also burst. We were promised on June 1st 2020 that it would be fixed, and a year later we're still waiting for the solar pipe to be fixed, despite numerous calls and emails. The slide line was fixed in a stop-gap manner, and does not function as it previously did. They were fine when everything went well, but as soon as a problem arose, their customer service left much to be desired.

They were a recommendation to us when we bought our house with our new pool. Super happy with that recommendation. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. If we have any questions, they're always polite and answer them for us. Super professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone! 10/10 for such a wonderful company!

I would highly recommend Winnipeg Pool Guys. We used this company for three years to open/close our pool and complete weekly maintenance. Our pool always looked beautiful. Company employees are polite and professional and Mitch, the owner, is knowledgeable and responds to emails/phone calls promptly. Excellent company!

We are New to inground pool systems and the people here are Great. They took the time to show us product options and had so much more knowledge than aquatech who were Rude and wasted our time! If you want a great deal go see these guys our bill was just over 1,000 for a skimmer and new sand filter compared to everyone else it was 1,350. Accept aquatech they didn't have a skimmer and the guy had less knowledge than myself.

This is my second year of using Winnipeg pool guys after having pool openings, maintenance and closing by other companies. Winnipeg pool guys are the only company I will use now. They open, do weekly maintenance and close my pool. I have had a diver arranged by them, as well as bought a new pool cover with them. I have many trees by my pool which involves thorough cleaning or I get algae, this has not been an issue since using the pool guys. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We are thoroughly impressed with Winnipeg Pool guys and their attention to customer service. Our pool has been serviced by them for many years and we have never had any issues. If pool equipment needs to be replaced, they either repair it themselves or provide a contact to help us. We have had three different pool companies handle our pool needs over the last 14 years and Winnipeg Pool Guys are by far, the best and most economical!

Prior to having our pool serviced by Winnipeg Pool Guys, I thought that the other company was doing well. I had no idea how wrong I was until John, Mitch, Matt and their team took over. From their opening and closing services to mechanical assistance, they have ensured that my family is taken care of enjoy our pool season after seasons.
