PuraPlace Cleaning Services

They have been cleaning our office for a year now and they do a great job. Our office is spotless and smells clean without being overwhelmed with that icky chemical smell. They take our feedback to heart which we appreciate after years of having other companies ignore our requests. I love them so much I have had them in my home and I was thrilled with the results. I would recommend them to anyone looking for cleaners, commercial or residential.

I have mixed feelings on them, and in the end after ~6 months of service have decided to move on to another company. Their pricing system isn’t very good - you pay based on the size of your house regardless of how much they clean. So we’re paying for a very expensive 3 bedroom house clean even though we only have the cleaner do the kitchen and living room. 2 rooms but were charged every cleaning 180$ for a 3 bedroom house no matter what.. I also don’t like how much product we need to prepare for the cleaner, we even have to supply our own trash bags and standard supplies, they seem to only bring towels and a vaccum/mop. overall for the price we pay, we can find better service elsewhere that gets things done more efficiently without draining our products as much. They seem to have a very high turn around rate, at the beginning we had 2 cleaners coming and after a month it was only 1 because the other employee walked out. Since then we’ve been paying the same price for service that takes 2x as long because there’s only 1 person.After ~6 months of bi-weekly service were cancelling today permanently. I’d recommend them for single use, but not as a regular cleaning service.

I had PuraPlace come in and clean my condo upon a tenant's move out. They did a great job! i would highly recommended them to anyone needing cleaning services, as they were originally recommended to me and did not disappoint.

We have used Puraplace on and off for a couple years. We have had a few problems with them in the past which were always resolved quickly. However our most recent experience has been much different. The quality of the cleaning was very poor and they had to have another cleaner come back to re do the job. She spent 2 hours here on top of the 2 hours the 2 other ladies were here in the first place. After the re do we noticed that our 3 large heavy ceramic pots had been moved. (These pots did not need to be moved to begin with.) Upon further investigation we noticed that they had been dragged across our floor damaging our brand new hardwood. Puraplace refused to accept responsibility for this and after a few calls / texts they simply stopped replying to us all together and went completely silent on the issue. This is a blatant disrespect for peoples homes and refusing to accept responsibility for your staff's mistakes. Instead of taking this situation as a learning experience for training purposes, Puraplace decided to ghost a customer instead.

We are so impressed with the attention to detail that we received on our first service! We will be recommending Pura Place to our family and friends.
