Desk lady said my car would be delivered within 90minutes. It's now going on to be over 2 hours. They are not very understanding as they wouldn't let me get my medication from my car while in the lot. I ended up in the hospital and they seem to only care to collect money and not treat customers with respect and understanding. They should probably try and hope we come back again if needed. No manager, no owner, nothing but a front desk person dealing with customers paying their bills. If I had a customer waiting for their car, I would be responsible because this business is not accurate with time and prices. Lesson learned. Wish I could speak to someone that has honesty and such. I'm a mechanic in training, and got many trades under my belt. All she needed to say was the truth that she could not give a rough idea of how long I would be waiting. If she was honest and even called me when she found out it was gunna be later then I would not be posting this review. Also steps going up to office are rusted and needs replaced for safety of anyone using the stairs. Don't believe me? Then look at the welds, thickness, and rust. Im shocked police use this company for towing. Let alone inside needs sanatized. You should enforce hand sanatizer, not just a face mask. Sorry but I am very unimpressed and shocked police told me to use this company. Will never return. Or suggest to anyone. Sorry, wish I had a good experience with this company but unfortunately did not.Edit: now going on 3 and a half hours waiting... Do they know that 90minutes is 1 hour and a half? Like common. Thank god it's not a customer's car.

My car was involved in a bizarre collision and was towed to AM - PM Towing. The service was great both times that I attended the facility. The staff were helpful and polite. As a newer resident of Windsor I now know a local tow company that I can safely use in the future.

Staff was as friendly as the could be considering the irrate customers they deal with

They charged me over 300$ for a tow, than they kept changing me 40$ per day it was there. The first day they picked up my car they were closed so I was unable to get it. The next day was Sunday and they were only open for a couple hours. And by the time I got there on the third they charged me for all three calendar days which equaled over 120$ in just 3 days. Certified scammers. Even if your car does break call CAA it's 70$ a year and comes with 4 tows. Don't support scummy shops like this. Not to mention the girl at front desk was a Karen.

Ive called them for a my buddy who had an overheating issue last night, and it took am-pm towing 4 hours to get to us. Will not use them again

I use these guys everytime I need a tow. My truck died at a stop sign, I needed a tow, they needed e transfer payment in full for the tow prior to dispatching a driver, I paid in full and they were there within 40 minutes. It was going to be sitting at the shop overnight, they called me back and asked if I wanted them to roll the windows up by boosting the truck from another battery it would be $22.60 additional. I told the dispatcher that it would not be possible that we had tried to jump the battery to roll the windows up, she insisted no the driver can get the windows up forsure if I would send another e transfer. I let her know again that the truck has an electrical fuse issue, and that it would not be possible. She again re guarenteed they would get my windows up if I sent the e transfer. So I did, as I did not want the windows left open overnight, and she guarenteed that they could get them up. 10 minutes later she calls me back and tells me they were unable to get my windows up. I told her that I just mentioned to her 3 times that it would not work, and that I want a full refund. Her answer was well we tried, we cannot give you a refund. Nice customer service, scam. The point isnt the money, but the poor customer service, and rudeness.

Decent people and did exactly what I requested.

Awesome service. Defiantly worth the price I paid. I locked my keys in my car around 3 in the morning and had someone there within 15 minutes. The driver was very friendly. I'm so thankful for this company and would recomend them to anyone in need of road side service at any time. Thank you so much. You guys are awesome.
