Got a tow through CAA with Rieds towing. Got picked up by John P, he was super friendly and professional and chatted with us for the whole drive to our destination. Would definitely recommend rieds to a friend in need

Worst experience. Waiting over 2 hours. The guy calls me to see where I am says I’m a few mins away. Can’t find me and leaves. Why wouldn’t they are least call me back to confirm? INSTEAD ….. Leaves us stuck on a busy road! Then when I call him back he hangs up on me. Great service.I will make sure Porsche hears my complaint and how terrible this tow company is. Terrible.

Whoops! I got carried away trying to traverse an icy cottage road in a 2WD van. It was a driver error on my part. I was caught out by an off-camber uphill curve and planted my RR wheel in the ditch while trying to give myself a long enough run-up. Being open differential, and getting the van's sidestep hung up on a tree--I was stuck. I called REID's Towing & Recovery and explained my situation; the operator showed up promptly without unnecessary delay, and was able to skillfully extract the van without issue or further damage. Thank you again for the assistance!Hopefully it doesn't happen again, but I know who I can trust to get the job done if it does!

Very good experience and kind people. When I called, the person I talked to made sure to ensure I was able to keep warm and when the driver arrived he was very nice and brought humour to a less then ideal situation.

Needed a Sea Can moved 50km and placed on blocks upon delivery.On time pick up - very reasonable cost - accommodating driver - took care at collection point took time for a little bit of a tight spot delivery and “made it happen”Thanks

John helped tow my vehicle out of a ditch that ended up in there due to incredibly icy roads. John was very personable and followed up with me regarding vehicle problems once the vehicle was out of the ditch. He was very caring and prioritized safety and warmth of the persons, especially with our canadian winters! I strongly recommend using Reid's Towing!
