Absolutely horrible!!! I wanted to apply for a passport for my little one. Needing to travel out the country to visit my grandma who is very ill, the guy tells me there is no way I can get a passport within a week!! When asking a few questions he wouldn't even give me accurate answers as I have traveled for all my life countless times a year I know a little bit more about traveling then the guy at service would have thought. If i could i would not even give 1 star. I am not happy at all! With him knowing we want to travel I think the least he could have done is guided me to a place where I could rush the passport.

I couldn't give even 1 star.. I just phone today and I'm sure he's from India, he hang up the phone and I'm still talking and asking, what kind of Servive is that?!

How can you properly service" the general public if you are open 30 min AFTER most people go to work and close Exactly the time most people get off work? How can you take a lunch during the only time most working people have for lunch and errands?Also how can an employee of Service Canada flat out lie about correcting minor mistakes on an application forcing a person to travel back and forth while taking time off work? Only to have a truely competant employee FINALLY walk a person through step by step and told the final changes that are needed and that we one would have to come back at a later time.I feel that little to no effort was produced by the inital employee and that such an employee be repremanded as the rest of the public would at their own job for pure incompetence."

The lady at the reception seems like she doesnt know what shes doing. We went there super early but she is letting the new arrivals helped by another lady in the office instead of prioritizing the customers ahead of them. Spent over 2 hours waiting and super late for work because of the Terrible service from those two ladies. But on the other hand, the lady who helped us named Devi is so helpful. If I can give zero star for those 2 I will. But for Devi 5 stars.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly when I arrived for my appointment. My paperwork was reviewed and all my questions were answered. Thank you for the efficient service

Slow service, spent time applying for the wrong type of renewal even though they looked over the application at the desk completely wasted my time. Imagine spending ~1 hour at Service Canada only to later be told that you filled out the wrong application, an application that they clearly looked over at their reception. It's disappointing the level of service" from Service Canada. Whether it's the fault of the staff working there or the lack of funding my experience at Service Canada was astoundingly terrible. One of the staff I had previously interacted with met people with a sour attitude and made the experience uncomfortable for myself and probably ruined the experience of other people applying for services for their first time. I am not sure how someone could work at a place and not get fired. I saw the aforementioned worker "helping" someone applying for a service all the while with a poor attitude and mean voice. The individual asking for help seemed to be getting frustrated and situation was only resolved after what seemed to be a supervisor help the asking individual."

They were very quick when I went in to get sin cards for my kids. I did not have to wait long at the time, and the staff was very helpful and able to provide everything I needed right away.

This place is absolute joke ! Still forcing harsh BS covid rules and they work insanely slow. Absolutely worse service ever !

It is September, 2022 and this office is still requiring people to wear a mask in order to receive service . The security officers acting as health care providers telling people to take on medical procedures as putting on a mask in order to receive service. If you disagree or exercise inform consent then the level of discrimination is made evident against you, starting by the security officer trying to intimidate. Then you are ask to go and come back after 3:30pm with the excuse that the entire place will need to be sanitized if someone without a mask goes in further than the designated area to give you a mask... In the mean time the staff wearing mask have no clue on how to properly use a face mask, they are constantly touching their own mask and then touching pens, door handles, keyboards, your own documents and everything around them, they move their mask forward and off their faces to talk, they do not sanitize their hands after they touch their own mask... that is definitely cross contamination... But is all about science and our health, right?! Another lady telling me that I can't go into the cubicle with my daughter, trying to segregate me from my own family...This place is all a mess, trying to impose rules as they please without any legal or reasonable grounds. It is so disappointing to see a place that it is meant to support and help Canadian citizens failing big time in every aspect.After fighting and exercising our human rights to be able to go in and obtain services, the staff was not able to fix the problem we needed to resolve in the first place.Make Canada great again! Stop asking for health requirements, it is very clear none of this is about our health and step up on giving the citizens a decent service.HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS ARE INALIENABLE given by GOD, which are superior to all ‘man-made contracts, laws and regulations, orders, policies, practices, procedures or rules’. These rights were not given to humans by the government, nor can they be taken away or given away. We possess these rights by virtue of being human. People we must assert our rights to maintain them!
