Great service! I purchased a new Salt cell online and it arrived in 2 days. I was very pleased with the prompt and helpful responses to my emails re: the product and its setup.

Found them on the 'net, called to talk to them with a question before I dropped $900+ tax in replacement part I was a little unsure that was the issue. The fellow I talked with actually helped me trouble shoot over the phone and agreed the part was the issue, plus he gave me a discount as well! Free shipping came in the next day and within a half hour I was up and running with no problems! Good support and good price, doesn't get any better. Highly recomend them and they are now my go to source.

Over the last couple of years, we have purchased a few products that I guess you would consider necessities: heater and filter, etc; and, a fob to change the colour of the light in my pool. Albeit mail-order for us, the immediate service and availability of products make that irrelevant. To date, the service has been brilliant. Highly recommended.

Great prices, products and service. Responses to questions or requests for technical advice are always swift and thorough. So far I have managed to install a new chlorination system, an automation system including solenoid valves for automatic/remote operation of the solar system, and retro fit coloured pools lights. I had no previous experience with working on pool equipment but Dustin was always on hand to walk me through any issues I had. As you can gather, I highly recommend Pool Products Canada!

Great customer service. Really helpful about selecting the right amount and correct chemicals. Very quick response and shipping was fast. When a mistake was made, they fixed it without a problem. Prices are still lower than some of the local shops even with shipping! Thank you!

I'm happy that I found Pool Products Canada. I was in search of a Heatpump heater for my pool. I had contacted all my local Pool companies and everyone said they could not get the unit I wanted. I sent 1 email to Pool Products Canada and less than a week later the Heater was delivered to my house.After that I went back again to Pool Products Canada looking for specific brand of valves for my pool. Dustin was able to source the exact brand I was looking for.
