I was a client of Katie's when she worked at The Ten Spot, so I was so excited when I ran into her and she let me know about her new business. I had been missing her big time, cause she's the best! Even better wax than previously at her new spot...the hard wax she uses is really high quality, so it was the least painful brazilian I have ever had!. She also used tweezers to get every last errant hair! She's so friendly and there is none of that errr what do I talk about with this person?!" anxiety. But if talking is not your thing

I had a really positive experience! I have had waxing done a few different places and this was the most positive experience yet. Katie is friendly and made me feel comfortable. This was the least painful wax I have had! Recommending her to all my friends... especially if waxing for the first time.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Katie! She was very professional yet chatty and makes you feel completely comfortable during the entire process! I have been to numerous places for waxes and no one has ever been so thorough and painless! I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend her!

I have been to many waxing places in Hamilton and never leave super satisfied. I am happy to report, ZBOX was a great waxing experience. Katie is super friendly and we had a great empowering conversation while I was being waxed. She is quick and my experience was painless. I am so glad I tried this spot out, this will be my go to place for waxing from now on. Please try ZBOX out, I don't think you'll be disappointing.
