Review for an incident that happened in July 2022:The manager, Corina, had shown a disrespectful and derogatory attitude towards a friendly delivery driver upon order pickup. Big time damaging the company’s image with her lack of savoir-vivre and her madness.

The picture I’ve attached is one of the strawberries in the bunch received by this store. I had ordered some to be delivered and visited my friends later that day. I was embarrassed and managed to take one picture of the strawberry I took to eat.I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve called twice and always get a response that someone will get back to me. And they don’t.It looks like I’m not the only one who has had an experience like this with this store.I would be wary of using this store unless I was buying in person.Zero stars if I could.

We got a bouquet today for a funeral, at first was a bit underwhelmed for the price until you actually taste it and see the work that went into it. Very well done and absolutely worth the price. It was also a hit with the young kids. Definitely will get again! Better then any flower bouquet anyone else brought for 20-30$ less.

I don’t recommend. They never delivered my order and refused to provide a refund for it (over 100$). They kept telling me their manager is “on vacation” and that she will call me back when i called to request a refund. I never received a call back after many attempts of communicating with them.

A family member has been calling from the US to book an order that I would pick up locally for a birthday. Frustrating to be on hold and NOBODY answers the phone.Multiple attempts only to be on hold for 20 minutes plus with a recording telling you your call is important to us "."

Horrible experience and I told them I would put a bad review. I went online and checked opening hours; it said open until 6pm. I placed my order, to be picked up at 5:30pm, was charged (80$) and I even received a confirmation. That was at 3:00pm. At 4pm I get a phone call while I am at work and I cannot answer. I see they left me a message saying they were finally closing at 5pm instead of 6 and that I would have to pick up my order at 4:00 instead. I called back but nobody picked up. I receive another call, 10 mins later saying that if I don't confirm that I can pick up my order by 4:00pm, it will be canceled and refunded. I was finally able to call back and I asked how come they offered the option of pick up at 5:30pm if they closed at 5pm and was told that the website needed updating. I waited a couple of days to see if the refund was done, and up to now, 6 days later, the charge is still there and no refund to be seen. I don't know how they think they can decide to close whenever they want? Super disappointed and the lady that answered me was almost blaming me for not answering my phone. Never again.

I ordered the Fall bouquet last week on Friday for a condolences package from the West Island location. The pineapple and strawberries were completely unedible and had to be thrown. I even went to the store location and showed photos. The manager was supposed to call me back as she wasn't there and never did . I followed up by phone a few days later. They wanted to offer me 6 free cookies (off a 120$ bouquet I spent) and still no call back from the manager. Very unprofessional and terrible services

Horrible customer service. I complained when a platter recieved as a gift WAS MOULDY they did nothing !! I was a good client but do not order since they do not care about their substandard rotten fruit that is sent out nor do they care about their customers ! Zero stars!

I did same day delivery and customer service was very kind and helpful! They called me for both orders that I had made to make sure someone was home to accept the delivery. I saw pictures of the arrangement from the recipients and they were just as I expected from the pictures online! Very quick to place an order online! Will be ordering more from them in the future :)
