Awesome group of people there. I was left without water in my kitchen for a couple days because of a equipment issue. I needed a specific moen part that no other place in town had. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I got the necessary piece.Thanks again Len's Plumbing & Heating

Had my heat pump serviced. A week later turned on the air conditioner and came in from outside a few hours later and water was running down my wall, onto my entertainment unit and on the floor. Called the next morning and they sent someone to fix it. Turned out the service guy didn’t connect the drain hose properly. Asked for my money back for the initial service for the inconvenience and spending over 3 hours drying photos from ruined photo albums. Still waiting for a phone call back.

Woke up to no water on a Saturday. Could have charged me time and a half but as they were quite busy and couldn't get to me until late in the day, Tyler offered me some advice instead, and it worked! Most plumbing companies would have grabbed as much cash as possible in this situation, but these guys have integrity and actually tried to help me instead (that's rare, I know from experience). They are my go to plumbers from here on.

A big shout out to Donnie, Chris, and the team at Len's for one of the best service experiences we had on the build of our new house! These guys care a great deal and do what's necessary until the end result is aligned with expectations. They take the time and are thoughtful in their approach. Highly recommended!

Don't bother calling, or leaving messages, they don't return your calls! I was looking for a new heat pump, a particular brand that they sell, I left a detailed message, and NOBODY ever returned that call. I do NOT recommend them.

leaky holding tank. Owner came by and fixed it himself. Came within 2 hours, very knowledgable and polite. Nothing bad to say about this business. Will call them again if needed

First off we had purchased a new home, purchased all new appliances. Someone from lens plumbing started installing our dishwasher by themselves. I did not request this. When installing the worker was supper aggravated swearing and just being super unprofessional. He had a hard time getting the dishwasher to fit in the space. In doing so he dented the front of the appliance. And ripped our brand new floor in the process.After about a month we noticed our new birch cabinets had some discoloration at the bottom. (Dishwasher leaking)They came back that day and found there to be a knife slit in the drain hose.The person said he needed to grab a new hose from home hardware so he left with all the parts from the dishwasher sitting on my table.Two weeks later I called and left a message with no return call. I decided to go in person. I was told they could not find the drain hose but there wholesale parts guy was personally driving one down next day.Two weeks later still no communication I called two more times and left messages and no one returned my call .Long story short it's been an additional 2 weeks and I was able to order a new drain hose myself and have it installed before lens even called me back. Still haven't heard anything more to this day. Super unprofessional and a waste of time. Do not recommend.

Don at Len's / Mr. Plumber responded to a call over the Christmas holiday (no others did) and not only went that extra mile, but provided super service on site too. Highly recommend this company. My neighbours have had the same level of service from this plumber too. Oh, and very fair on pricing .
