I have been trying to get in touch with customer service regarding a replacement part and I have yet to get in touch with anyone (I have been trying for weeks!!) I have tried calling the customer service number and the voicemail says they are closed. I've tried the online chat, and every time I am put into a queue, and when I finally get to the first spot, I get a message that indicates that there are no agents available. I have sent an email, and no response. This is very frustrating and aggravating!!! Not impressed!

I called Hasbro regarding a toy that did not work that i bought for my grand daughter for Christmas. Toys r us did not have a replacement. Hasbro suggested changing the batteried. They send me an even better unicorn.
