Really poor service since the recent change of ownership. They now randomly closes the entry gate even when it is not busy. Cleaning quality also gone down recently, time to look for alternatives I guess .

When this was Envy it was the best car wash in Dunfermline. Today I pulled up at 16:20 with 2 cars in front of me. Took a full hour to get my car washed. No enthusiasm or rush from anyone to get the cars done even though they’d put the closed barrier up behind me. Boy was looking at his phone the whole time not even looking if he was actually cleaning the car. Really expensive compared to previous owners and not even half as good. Won’t be back

Fitted my vehicle in at short notice for wash and valet on 2 occasions, thorough job on both occasions. Pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend

The last 3 times I've used the car wash on Woodmill Rd, usually top marks , but have notice lately standards have lowered drastically, yesterday was the last straw , I always get gold wash with tyre shine , yesterday got home car was all streaky and tyres looked like they had never been touched , but I did see him putting stuff on them but it couldn't have been tyre shine , don't think I'll be back , save myself £8.50 per week

Wow. I delivered demonstrator cars as a part-time job for 3 years and must have visited well over 100 different hand car washes throughout the uk. This was the first one that did not lift the wiper blades front or back, you could see where they had not wiped the car and the first not to dry the car. Poor job and not cheap.

Used to use this car wash when it was called Envy. Went today, arrived at 3pm with 3 cars in front of me and took 50 minutes to get to the front. Unfortunately the guy was on his phone constantly, chatting with a colleague and/or leaning on his hose. Wasn't interested in trying to clean the cars quickly or anything remotely close. Got to the front to find out cash only so politely declined and after almost 1 hour, no clean car.
