Japan Airlines customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I made a minor typo in the names for the airline booking and spent a week emailing back and forth with their help desk and 2 hours waiting on the phone for their call centre to try to get it fixed. They also said they must charge me $100 to fix a typo. Be careful with your bookings because JAL will make it a very tedious process to get it fixed.

This is the worst airline service I’ve had. They always cancelled and didn’t help me rebook my ticket.

Jal been always one of the best in all levels.

I travelled from Vancouver to Japan and back in May/June 2023. I was able to book the air ticket with points redemption through One World with British Airways for business class. The flight attendants are attentive to my needs and offering exceptional level of services during the over 10+ hours flight both ways. Unfortunately there is a noticeable difference in the meals they offered now compared to years ago. I’m delighted for the comfort and services they offered this trip.

The best level of service you can ever hope for in an airline.Our departing flight from Tokyo was delayed and, as a result JAL staff took the following measures:- All passengers in our group were moved to the front of the plane to ensure we disembarked first.- JAL Staff immediately informed us of the baggage carousel number at the arrival gate.- The same JAL staff member met us at the baggage carousel to check on progress, then personally picked up an oversize bag from a different area and brought it to us.- We were escorted to the connecting flight baggage check in to confirm our connection.Simply the best airline you could ever choose.
