10/10 would recommend this company!Transit in my area is reliable, but it takes forever to go from point A to B and back again. Investing in a reliable car was the best option in cutting down travel time, and overcoming the limits of the transit schedule. This is where BC Auto Credit comes in! Raj and Big John soon (and by soon I meant within the next two days), contacted me with an approved loan from the bank. Though initially I had been hesitant to commit, John was always gracious in answering all my questions, and he walked me through the process and gave me all the information I needed and asked for. He never failed to come through and today, I drove home one of the best investments I've ever made. Thank you so much, Raj and John!

Outstanding service! I want to thank Chris Wysmyk and Mike for all the help they provided when I purchased a car through BC Auto Credit. I highly recommend this company. These men are thorough, courteous, and efficient, and made the whole process so easy for me. I should also add that Chris and Mike completed the entire financing, registration, and insurance process in less than 24 hours, from my initial inquiry to the time I drove off the lot with my new car. I've just completed a trans Canada trip to Montreal from Burnaby and it was a pleasure to have such a trouble free trip in a new car.

Working with BC Auto Credit was a total disaster! I found my dream car on Autotrader and needed financing. I found BC Auto Credit and I got quick response and approval for financing in one day. I was ecstatic. I put a deposit on the car of $500. A gorgeous 911S Porsche in Toronto. The seller held the car for me and we made arrangements to have it shipped to Van. I was happy to arrange and pay for the shipping. However, BCAC wanted to handle all of this. Days went into weeks as BCAC dragged their feet... twice they changed the finance rate – each time higher. I went through every hoop imaginable for them over a couple weeks. Then BCAC asked me to give a $10,000 deposit on the car to protect against damage when shipping. Really!? The seller had multiple offers on the car and held it good faith for me. However, both him and I felt we were knocking our heads agains the wall. Finally the seller/dealership reached out wondering what was happening with the deal... when Tyler, the BCAC manager and him got into an argument over shipping. Then Tyler said the deal was off! Cannot express my frustration... it was the best priced 911s in Canada and I had found it, gave a deposit, did everything asked. and so I lost my deposit and the car – thanks to an arrogant condescending attitude from BC Auto Credit. Terrible!

I had been looking into buying a truck for months, and everywhere I went told me I needed $10k down. I had been trying to repair my credit for a few years and had significant negative equity on my trade in. Tyler at bc auto credit stepped up, got me an approval with a bank that other dealers couldnt, and for them to raise the limit to accommodate the truck. Last week I picked it up and the family is thrilled! I literally tried at least 6 dealers and none of them were willing to work with me. Tyler got it done. Not only did he get me the truck I wanted at the right price, he was honest and straight forward. He called me back when he said he would and cared about what i needed, not just a sale. I would highly recommend bc auto credit to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Great friendly staff! Chris made mircles. I have pretty bad credit but in a couple days Chris got me a nice brand new car! Am so happy! 100% recommend Chris!

I purchased a vehicle end of oct 2020. Never received any documents after being told a few times they were in the mail or they sent them but will send new copies. I am in a position of rebuilding my credit and the finance company used has not even been reporting my payments for the 8 months i have had the vehicle and it isnt even helping to rebuild my credit. Go to email the saleperson i was dealing with again today and the email address can not be found.. Will not be recommending nor will i be buying from them again.. Seems very Shady to not leave a dealership with your purchase papers
