Some of the nurses are totally amazing, others are a nightmare. There is no one on-site who's actually in charge so and those who think they are. Have zero management skills and only escalate issues. Scheduling appointments are quite easy just don't expect it to be the time the clinic tells you when you get there and then argues with you. The major issue they don't email confirm your appointment times to avoid any confusion. They need to review how they schedule and have a designated team member on-site and trained to deal with issues as they arise.

I would like to thank nurse Samanta - unit supervisor, for her professionalism and competence with my wife Lais . However, I would like to inform you about the constant change of nurses, this is very bad for the patient and unfortunately She had the worst pain experience in her life as a nurse removed a bandage that should have remained in place. An unpleasant and painful experience.

I concur with most opinions here. The care provided in the Pape Danforth clinic is excellent. The phone booking service is abysmal - excessively long wait times often resulting in a dropped call necessitating another attempt. The worst, extremely time-consuming and irritating, woefully inept.

The nurses really do care but trying to make an appointment good luck. They say leave a message they never call back, you wait on the line for a long period of time and if they answer you are lucky or the lines gets cut off. Patience is the key word if you want to deal with this company. Really when you need to go everyday and you have to call everyday for the next day appointment this becomes very exhausting. Something needs to be done about the appointment. It is three stars because of the nurses but it would be zero stars with the service to make appointments. I am not in the habit to complaining but this problem needs to be addressed soon.

The actual healthcare workers are very good and care deeply. However, if you try to call the office, the situation deteriorates rapidly. Be prepared to wait for unreasonable lengths of time only to be continually spun out into crackling, static voicemail purgatory. I have been caller '3' in the queue for well over an hour. Terrible.

had to go for wound care and supplies as a result of a bacterial infection in my ankle.one clinic it was impossible to get an appointment at the next had completely different supplies and kept switching from one product to another because of shortages?their ssuggestion of letting the air get at it and keeping pressure on the ankle has kept this wound open for a year now in december! a year of pain swelling extremely sore feet and a few pairs of shoes hacked apart to try and enable me to walk...finally i read medical journals and online research notes and apprached the wound through different methods completely the opposite of their suggestions...its healing slowly but honestly, i think different nurses cl8nics supplies and opinions did anything but shorten and simolify the process.and the clinic they closed is still listed here three months later?ever heard the old gap logo., 'fall in to the gap' i think thats more to the point .
