Village Lane Dental Centre

I had to extract two teeth at once, including a wisdom tooth. My doctor was Dr. Alan Houghton and the assistant was Kerri. I am happy about the excellent services received. They were both professional and very supportive. They even followed a couple of days later to ensure that all was well. Thank you very much, Dr. Alan Houghton and Kerri! =)

Village Lane Dental has a comfortable happy family atmosphere and has always been good to me. Dr. Peter Otto has done excellent work that has kept my teeth healthy for years. Raena, my dental hygienist on Thursday, did my teeth cleaning and she was thorough, kind, and gentle. At Village Lane Dental I have had different hygienists at times, and I have found them all to be excellent. Dr Otto's high integrity will keep me at Village Lane. They even changed their air quality equipment to higher standards at the start of the pandemic. At times I have come in for advice from one of the other dentists at this clinic and I've not even been charged. The dentists at this clinic have stepped up to the plate in emergencies for my family, whether for a tooth abscess or a broken tooth. And, Dr. Stephen Allen has been so kind to do dental work on a weekend for my family.I personally have gotten excellent care from all the staff and I recommend them to everyone.

One of the best dental experiences. Made you feel welcome on arrival, very pleasant. Dr Otto, and his assistant Penny, very pleasant and easy to talk to. Jada was very careful in the cleaning, didn’t come away with sore gums!

Really impressed by this dental office! They got me in right away (my front tooth crown popped off) where my regular dentist couldn’t make time to see me. They informed me of everything going on regarding my crown. I was in and out within a half an hour and direct billed my insurance. I will be moving my records to Village Lane Dental and continue to see Dr. Allen. Highly Recommend!

The hygienists were so friendly and so great with my kids. They were thorough yet quick and made sure to communicate all issues clearly with me and my kids. Dr. Otto is also fantastic. Friendly and great with kids. I would recommend Village Lane Dental to anyone.

The Staff at Village Lane are amazing. They treat you like family and make sure you are comfortable and understand what they will be doing. I had a bad experience at a dental office many years ago and because of that I only went to the dentist for emergency visits for about 25 years. Then I found Village Lane. Everyone in this office from the Front Desk staff to the Dentists, Dental assistants and Hygienists are AWESOME. I wish I had found them years ago. I highly recommend this office to everyone who reads this and please pass it on to all of your family and friends.

Dr. Otto is the best dentist I have ever been to. Yesterday he fixed a problem tooth that I had been suffering with. It is great now! And He did it so painlessly! As usual. He always fixes my teeth without the discomfort I usually experience. His staff are so friendly and helpful too. And the cost is so much better than other dentists. Excellent dentist!

Second time going here, and I have to say the staff are amazing. My teeth looked horrible upon going in, and they gave me my smile back! All while working in my budget and offering all the options. If you are the type (like me) to have anxiety about visiting a dentist this is the place to go, no judgement only results! Thank you again.

Dr Otto is pleasant and encouraging. Hygienist are not judgy. Go relax and you won’t be hurt either.

It had been longer than I care to admit since my last routine hygiene, so I was rather dreading my appointment, but Sheila made it an enjoyable experience. She is thorough but gentle and extremely knowledgeable! Actually looking forward to going back in 6 months.
