Love this company! From signing up to returning the car everything was smooth! No trouble and headache! thanks to Maral I got my Tesla at the exact date that I needed! And returning the car was also really easy! Pick up and drop off was really easy! One of the best!

I am leaving this review to point out some of the feedback I had with them for almost 3 years and a half. Please note that my experience was 4 stars until I realized that 4 stars I had was because the Model 3 is an awesome car, everything went downhill when they held back on my windshield repair for some reason.Advantages:Flat fee payment and you are ready to start driving.Full maintenance, insurance and unlimited mileage included.Model 3s only, awesome cars, since model X and model S are 2016 and have the old autopilot hardware which basically makes the car junk.Disadvantages:Their response on Road-assistance related issues is too slow and you will need to have patience for them to respond. (Slow dispatch on that service)They will charge you full price for the repairs you caused to the car even if it wasnt your fault.True Story: I was driving down the road and the truck in front of me spit a rock into the windshield breaking it. (Long story short they had really poor customer service fixing my windshield, wasted my money and time setting up ghost appointments, i returned the car because i couldnt stand the broken windshield anymore, they fixed it (They say) and charged me us$1097 for replacing that and gave me back the remaining deposit us$297.They will ask for deposit of one months payment (It is a dissadvantage because they will keep your money for two more months after the contract is done, and in my case they only returned us$297. (They claim I signed a contract (One of those sketchy and hard to read contracts) stating that windshield damage even if this is an accident will be on the customer to pay full price, they say they have insurance but the rep said: We have commercial insurance and the deductible is too high).Apparently you cannot ask the Washington DC Manager about swapping into a model X or S even if they had it in the parking lot. This to assist with my model 3 broken windshield. I realized he did not wanted to give me a higher tier price because i was a lower tier customer, but note: He never told me “you have to pay the difference or anything” just kept on saying everytime i asked we dont have any, when someone else in the company said they had. Also this Manager didnt help at all with me being a customer for so long and also not helping me get another tesla, his response: Believe it or not, people use to drive with broken windshields all the time.Note: This will be posted somewhere else stating the full review of the experience i had with SteerEV, this one I just wrote it because i received a text stating that i was only going to receive us$297 out of the us$1400 I paid even though i always kept the cars in pristine condition even if the cars were not mine.

Very good service overall. I like the way they rent a car. It’s just like Netflix subscription. I can subscribe a Tesla Model Y based on month-to-month subscription. I thing that I really impressed is they can swap a car twice. Like Model Y today, and Model 3 tomorrow. Cool!

I had a great experience from the 1st time i contacted the Steer team to delivery to pick up of the car. The team was very responsive and available for all questions, the cars were very clean and fun to drive. Strongly recommend

They ripped me $8300The biggest scam I ever dealt with . After you finish with them or if you ever needed help through the rental they never pick up the phone. When I signed up I did not want them to keep my credit card info I told them to call me whenever they want to chargeThey charged me delayed fees on second month and after period rentals they charged me 8300 without my permission on
