Lisa always serves us with a great attitude. Today she provided an extra Caesar salad for my daughter. Always a great part of the Swiss chalet experience here at the woodbine location

We came here for a Mother's Day dinner celebration and had a phenomenal evening.I've been here a few times, and the experience has been good.They've got a lot of dinner and occasional specials.Our server, Joanne was excellent, a gem who truly enhanced our dine in experience.Very personable, courteous and attentive she'll make us want to come back :)For food, I had their in-house chicken spring roll which was really good to accommodate it with a lager.As for main entree I had their quarter chicken, dark meat with their Cajun fries which is always a hit.To end off the meal I had their lemon merengue.Overall it was an excellent experience, well be back!!!!

Love this location and have been coming here for years with the kids. Staff is always so friendly and attentive and the restaurant is newly renovated and spacious. Jo was our server tonight and she was so great with the kids. Food is always cooked well and tastes like home (actually better than home!) They also currently have a promo on weekends that kids eat free for every adult meal purchased. Thanks for being our kids' favourite places to eat!

Jo was our server and she provided some of the most exceptional service I've had at a Swiss Chalet. The food was on point and came out 7 mins after we ordered it. I'd say this is the best Swiss Chalet I've been to.

Swiss chalet! A Canadian institution. I don’t visit this particular location very often and it was decidedly slow for a Friday lunch? Who am I to judge? Seated right away, ordered the spring rolls and both myself and my friend ordered the double leg with fries. Never had had the spring rolls before, delicious and will be ordering again. Food served quickly and didn’t disappoint. My only feedback, and it’s a me thing, is clean the organs out of the chicken? I work at a Swiss chalet in the late 80’s. The quality control for this is bad at all chalets. I can’t imagine that many people enjoy grey organ meat that it needs to stay there? Anyways, food was great. I wish our server had introduced herself. Young brunette. She was great.

Wow! This has got to be the smallest chicken leg I've ever received. Literally a drumette. Went and bought a meal for lunch at the drive-thru and brought it back to work to eat and saw this horrible portion. Would have brought it back and complained but I was 20 min away and was super hungry. Dosen't help that the meal is over $15. Last time going to this location.

Horrible!I ordered 2 orders of 'Garlic Cheese Loaf', it was basically plain white bread (no tomatoes at all, and barely and cheese) which I ended up having to just butter it and eat 'Bread and Butter' for dinner! $10.00 each, plus tax, delivery and tip! $35.00 for Bread and 'My Own Butter'!We also had perogies which were cold, taste like they had been sitting around for an hour!VERY disappointed!
