James did a fantastic job on my 4 area rugs. He was on-time and very professional. Pricing was totally reasonable and I would have them come back again.

Florian did a great job and was very helpful. We appreciated how thorough the job was.

Chem-dry provided a well priced service and the more I booked, the bigger the discount. They phoned with a reminder the day before and en route. Did a quick quote which was similar to others companies then Stephen got to work. Stairs, all carpeted areas (some with difficult stains), and a chair and couch. He did an excellent job even removing long time stains that other companies have been unsuccessful at. Highly recommend them.

When I originally posted this, I got an email right away from the owner, apologizing that the work wasn’t to my liking. He offered to have the same guy come back and do the cleaning again. Very nice. However, The guy came out, late again, and shampooed the carpets in only thirty minutes. A day after he shampooed, I vacuumed. It took me longer than thirty minutes. Now, I am no expert in shampooing carpets, but I don’t understand why my whole canister was full of dust after a guy came and shampooed a little over 24 hours before. The carpets do not feel clean. The price was outrageous for what we got, and I won’t be using their company again. I never write reviews, but this was a huge waste of money.

By far the best cleaning company we have ever used! With a family of five (3 teenage boys) and a hairy dog there is a lot of daily wear in our home. Mike and his team were able to bring back the life in all my area rugs, carpets and furniture. They showed up on time, listened to my concerns and were very professional. I am a very picky customer and they went above and beyond my expectations. I will never use a different company again. I highly recommend them! Thank you Mike and the team at Chem-Dry.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Arlyn Penaloza for his outstanding work and the pride he took in making sure our carpet was absolutely as clean as it could possibly be. If your thinking about getting your carpets or any of there other services done I can say with 100% certainty that this company takes PRIDE in there work, which as many of us know most people just don't really care anymore it's take it or leave it attitude. CHEM-DRY is absolutely a company that will not let you down, especially through these difficult financial times for many people. The service was good and so was the technician, however my quote was off by 350-400$. I was really disappointed as I trusted the quote given and didn’t shop around. I understand it’s a “quote” but I didn’t expect the price to come to almost double. The person on the call was given exact measurements for the upholstery and area rug but perhaps more training is required. Also disappointed no one called me back to discuss in which I don’t expect any money back, but would have a appreciated acknowledgment. Unfortunately won’t be a repeat customer.

I normally never change my reviews but the owner reached out to discuss this problem with us. He was more then willing to clean the area rug again but by the time we talked we had gone to another supplier. I believe he believes in his product and that’s fair. I think following up on work challenges is great business practice so I would give him another chance down the road I would request a different tech but the owner represents his product very well.*** Three stars for reaching out and trying to fix the problem!The owner gave our money back which I feel was fair.

I was in need of a semi-urgent dryer duct cleaning, and was able to get an appointment the next day. Hugo was on time (could even come earlier if I was home) and very pleasant and informative. There was no upselling, which in these times is very nice. I will absolutely use their services again and recommend this company 10/10!
