This is a beautiful store that has a wide selection of products. Talked to franky over instagram and went into place an order on a diamond Cuban chain. He shipped it out fast. I got it within two days. Been to other jewelers no one has the products like they do. Hands down the best one in the cith. 8.00carat diamond chain. Not only did franky got me the chain, the entire team has been great to deal with I've recommended this place to all my family and friends. Terrible “after care service” they take your money and treat you like garage. If I knew the quality of product was so poor I would have NEVER bought wedding rings from “Diamond Queen”. We already have missing diamonds and it hasn’t even been 2 years.

Had an amazing shopping experience with this company. I saw a story on Instagram, messaged Franky, ordered on Monday at 8 pm and my very beautiful diamond ring arrived at my door the next morning. I had a great experience specifically with Lard who designed and produced my custom chain. The service was great and attention to detail unmatched. Turn around time was good as well I’ll definitely return for my next piece.

If I could leave a -5 review I would. To start, the customer service to get an appointment was terrible. Then arriving at the store, they make you wait outside while the security guard interagates you with 10 questions. I was looking to drop off a gold necklace for repair (lengthed) that I purchased in August of 2021 - I had to boarderline beg the useless guy to look to see if they have the necklace in stock. He checked for approx 45 seconds then turned back to me advising that the necklace I have is discontinued?? It’s a plain linked chain mens necklace ?? he didn’t know the name of the necklace - I asked him to pull up my profile to see the exact type and he refused. The security guard thought that my situation was quite funny and started laughing ? Extremely unprofessional. I’ve never experienced service like this in my entire life and have never wrote a review but felt that this situation needs to be enlightened. The necklace is a gold necklace and wasn’t cheap, I purchased it for my boyfriend for our anniversary and was really hopeful that it could be repaired. DO NOT purchase from this store. Clearly the jewelry is not custom and good quality and they have no sense of customer service and it’ll be a waste of your money. Save yourself the incompetence and go to a jeweller that knows what they’re doing and selling. Please go somewhere that you will be well taken care of post purchase on your valuables unlike this joke of an establishment.

Rip off they sold me a memorial pendant they showed me the vvs piece first I liked it paid for it. They had to set the picture so I came back in a few days and they had swapped the vvs version for si Diamonds thinking I wouldn't notice..... also they had shown me an appraisal with the pendant... to this day I can't get that

I have contacted Franky thru instagram , First started with customer service . I do understand that they are busy jewelers but letting their customer on views for days is not professional. I received my pendant in time which is nice , diamond quality is the same that we discussed.I brought it to diamond lab to check everything.Only problem with the pendant is the weight of gold . He made the price higher because i’ve asked 100g of gold . The pendant weight in total 91.18g , i am not gonna do a big deal about it but when i buy something i love to know where my money goes ! I have asked 3 time for a detailed receipt with exact amount of diamond & weight of gold ; i am still waiting on it after 20 days left on read .I dont mind paying but im expecting the service that goes with it .Kind of disappointed wont go there again .

Unfortunately I had a really poor experience with diamond queen. I came into the store looking for a ring which was posted via Instagram. The person who was assisting me continuously told me that I wouldn’t find this ring anywhere else and I should pay over 8k for it. (She was aware I really liked the ring and that I specifically came to the store for it) There was no information provided to me about the product, neither was I able to see the diamond certificate. It was more a sales tactic rather then genuine service. Although the product looks great, the service I received was disheartening and unprofessional. They also provided no flexibility in payment and assured me it was the last product available which also turned out to be not true. I decided to search elsewhere for my diamond ring as the service I received felt like I was being pressured to purchase without even having my questions answered.
