Great products and a friendly working environment!

For pharmaceutical company, it's disgraceful they tried to dismis COVID-19, and pushed positively-tested workers to continue working at its peak in April 2020.

Most of the positive reviews are from people who work for AOR. AKA, conflict of interest. Don't trust the reviews on google and do not believe the positive reviews of this so called trustworthy" company. Wish there was an option for zero stars."

I have worked with AOR for just over 3 years. In that time I have been given many great opportunities that have challenged me to grow as a person and professional. I enjoy working for a company that notices hard work and dedication and continually rewards their employees for these attributes.

I have purchased AOR products for years. Recently, I bought their Bone Basics. As I worked my way through the first layers of capsules I noticed a substantial amount of white powder in the bottom of the jjar. There were no empty gelatin capsules in the bottle to indicate they had somehow come open. I contacted the company and exchanged several emails regarding lot #, place purchases, photographs etc...At the end of it I received a message saying they had looked into the matter, that the fault couldn't possibly have occurred in their manufacturing facility, and that the powder in the picture was too white to be Bone Basics. I had purchased a sealed jar from a reputable store, so the clear implication was that I was lying. They said if I still wanted to return it I could- IF the store would take it back. They noted that they had no control over the store's policy.I phoned to follow up on this incredibly poor approach to customer service, only to be told that that was the best they could do.It was the most incredibly insulting experience I've had when contacting a customer service department, and if you choose to purchase from this company do soso understanding there will be no appropriate resolution if a problem occurs.
