Sales, quality of product, and pricing all good. Install was a nightmare. Original installer was not vetted by company, as you would assume. There was chipped and cracked boards placed in high traffic areas, boards cut too short so they didn't line up with walls, boards glued down in high traffic areas with the glue clearly visible on top of the new flooring, and so much damage to our baseboards. Took over a month of regular calls to sales department to get the repairs completed. I would NOT recommend House of Floors.

Tile/flooring installers doing any work for these guys make sure you check your square footage before you take on the job. I found they were out by 5-10sq feet in some areas (not all). They denied it, refused to rectify it , and told me i was wrong. Which I was not! They also do not pay for waste which most installers charge 10% above the sq footage to cover dealing with waste etc.They then expected me to clean up my waste when I was done which I refused seeing how they feel they shouldn't pay me to so. I refuse to be taken advantage of by bullies who think they can take advantage of contractors. I suggest avoid doing any work for them, I personally never will again, let alone suggest them!

Ewan and his team have done all of the hardwood, vinyl, carpets and tile in my last 4 homes. Just had a warranty issue 2 years from install. No questions asked came back and fixed the “floor squeaks”! That’s what I call service. Great craftsmanship and competitive prices. They wNt the work and they want it again (hence the great warranty service). No hesistTion recommending them. Cheers, Shane

Ewan is a true professional. He took the time to explain all the details of the slate issues we are having on our exterior decks. We now have a plan in place and we understand what it will take to do the job properly. It was frustrating for a period of time not hearing back from other companies and trades. I cannot say enough about the level of service and attention to detail he provides. First class all the way.

House of Floors completed all the flooring in our house and we were very impressed with their quality and attention to details. Would highly recommend.
