I’ve had good experiences at this Sephora but I’m pretty disappointed with my recent experience. I had placed an order online for pickup but on the last day that my order would be expiring I had something come up and so I called the store to see if there was any way that they could extend the pickup to the next day. The employee on the phone told me that would be fine and she would make a note. The next day I went in and my order was gone and the item was sold out everywhere. I waited about 15 minutes to speak with the manager to see what could be done and she came over honestly not very friendly or apologetic about the situation. She just kept repeating the store policy and asking who I talked to on the phone. I completely understand that the store policy is that expired orders go back on the floor but I was not told this on the phone so it was really frustrating. Also, the fact that she was so matter of fact and dismissive made me feel unheard. A simple “I’m very sorry about the situation but unfortunately…” at the start of the interaction would have been appreciated. I understand that mistakes happen but for the manager of the store to handle the situation that way was disappointing. I hope next time will be better.

Make sure you check your bag before you exit the store, they don’t always put everything in and when you go back and bring it up once you’ve spoken on the phone with someone, the people in store working have no idea what they’re doing and this never should have happened to begin with. Not only is this an inconvenience but I specifically purchased this on Saturday to use that night and I couldn’t because they didn’t put in my bag.

I want to thank Yulia as an excellent, decent, efficient and responsive seller! The impressions from cooperation are the most positive. Everything is very clear and specific. For me, finding good perfumes is always difficult and stressful, but Julia prompted and showed me so many options that I was able to make a choice in a couple of minutes! Thanks Julia for everything! The global company with the worst customer service. Today(7/3 Monday), I went to sephora to get a refund my online order. Lately, I had purchased same items twice so to prevent the confusion I brought my parcel receipt and tried to show the amount that I had to receive. But the girl named Yuliia" only asked my phone number and ignored my parcel receipt.The amount she offered for a refund doesn't match the amount I should receive so I searched for the price on my phone but she impatiently ordered me

I had an *amazing* experience shopping with Claire's support back in April 2023. I had no make-up at all after being at home with my young family for 4 years. I had some big purchases to make and I had NO idea where to start! Enter Claire - she has such a wealth of experience and information; she is down to earth; understanding, funny and very creative. She did an incredible job recommending economical products for my budget and got me completely outfitted for my first day back at work. She is also kind and was able to coach me on how to use all the items she suggested. Thank-you *so much,* Claire, for the time you spend tirelessly helping me - I feel so confident in all the products you suggested! I was at Sephora with my daughter and her friends. I walked around while they shopped and I could hear my daughter getting screamed at by one of the workers. I walked over to see what was happening and she knocked over a perfume bottle. We watched the security cam video and it was an obvious accident. We apologized and said that we would offer to pay but they said no and screamed at us to get out, I will never be going back! We offered to pay but they screamed at us Sephora get better employees

Absolutely horrible experience! No customer should feel bad for getting refund. You should double check you work instead of blaming customer for your mistake. If you cannot handle the situation just get help from your supervisor or manager. Don’t make things worse than it is because you already made me stand there for 30 minutes for your wrong calculation. Hope you learned your lesson on listening to the customer if that is your job.Now question to the owner of the store: what do you think about this?

I had an amazing customer service experience here! The workers help me place an online order for products I couldn’t find in store. I needed a credit card to pay for the purchase, but I only had my debit card on me so they recommended I buy a gift card. Unfortunately there was some problem with the gift card. We ended up spending a little bit of time trying to figure out how to do the transaction. They had a lot of patience and were very willing to help. They ended up giving me a gift (which was totally unnecessary) as an apology for the situation. They handled it very professionally and I’m very happy to say I enjoyed the visit!
